Okay, so I will be working tomorrow from 6am - 11pm... so here's another 'early' QOTD.
Are you leaving the bachelorette party planning up to BMs or are you gonna do it? What would you like to do? Strippers?? (lol)
So, my BMs will be planning my bachelorette party but I will be offering 'suggestions' for what I'd lke to do. Ideally, I'd like to either have dinner on LI and then go to NYC for a comedy club, drag show and/or some bar hopping
or
do a day out in the vineyards and get a spa treatment and maybe hit up a bar at night.
....and no strippers for me. Not my thing lol

My ex-roommate did a strip club for her bachelorette party, and that's certainly not my thing. I think my BMs and I will jointly decide what we would like to do. We were thinking of starting with a wine and chocolate bar in the city, followed by a rooftop lounge and some dancing.
My MOH is great and knows I don't do strippers. I told her what I would like... dinner and dancing with a whole group of girls... and then just the BP spend the night at a hotel and have a spa day the next day.
When our other friend got married in 2010 I planned a great bachelorette party revolving around the one thing the bride wanted ... fishbowls.
The night ended with us dancing on the bar and the bartender letting us pour shots into peoples mouths straight from the bottle a la coyote ugly style lol.
That was great... when we were 21-23 years old lol.

I haven't even thought this over yet! But I was my MOH's Moh when she got married and I did not subject her to Strippers so I hope for the same. I do have my little sister in my BP though and she is raunchy so I'm scared! Lol I wouldn't mind doing like an x-rated version of the Shower, just with friends where they can give me the gifts I do not want to open in front of my grandma! lol Drinks and Dancing for sure!

My sister is my MOH and I will leave most of it up to her (even though it wasn't left up to me for hers lol)... I will offer suggestions/ideas on what KIND of party I would like, aka NO strippers, NO crazy bar/club. Honestly, I don't even need to get wasted... I just want to have fun with my girlfriends! It would be cool to rent a house for a weekend, go to the beach, do spa type stuff, spend the day at the vineyards, play games, bbq and just eat! hahaha
PS for anyone who is interested- my FAVORITE bachlorette party that I EVER went to was a scavenger hunt in NYC www.cityhunt.org helped us out and it was AMAZING! If I didnt already do this with my friends, I would have wanted it for mine too!!

I am not giving any input. My girls know me well enough. The only thing is my moh already informed me there's going to be a stripper. The thing is male strippers aren't really my thing and she's really doing that for herself more than me. Since she is practically my little sister and I always let her get her way I will probably let her get her way on this or I will have my sil and best friend talk her out of it. I haven't decided yet.

I told my MOH that I want to get a limo and do a wine tour out east. She said she would handle the planning but I would like to be somewhat involved because I am basically a compulsive researcher and planner lol. Definitely no strippers, I so would not even know what to do with a stripper haha o woild be so awkward

I won't be giving direct input but my girls know what I like. I'm hoping to stay in the city for blowouts at drybar, getting dressed and pregaming in a hotel room, nice dinner then bars! Definitely no strippers for me!

I'm going to Foxwoods.....I told them that's what I wanted. They were originally planning some dinner and bars in the city, which, honestly, sounded like a nightmare. I work in the city and try to avoid it at all non-work times so I'm not sure what they were thinking. When I got a whiff of what my MOH had in mind I said 'Hey guys, can we just go to Foxwoods?' And that was that. My other best friend (BM) looked relieved!
I just want to do dinner somewhere on LI. More of a Girls Night than a bachelorette party because I don't want one at all but I know people are going to make me have one, lol. So this is all I'm really willing to do!

Wow- I'm the complete opposite of everyone else. I'm helping the bridal party plan it and I want a typical trashy bash bachelorette party. We're going to AC (trashy), drinking out of penis straws (trashy), and I told them I definitely want a stripper (super trashy). And to add to that, I really want a 'little person' stripper (just plain weird).

Very serious. My brothers is 6'2 and has said he's afraid of them because chez so tall and they are so small so my cousin wanted to be a jerk lol. Eh I don't worry about offending people because too many people get offended too easily.

I did the whole penis straws, penis water gun and crazy signs all over the room for my gf's bachelorette in Miami this past weekend, and it was a blast!! I'm leaving it up to my MOH, FSIL & BP..they pretty much know what I want..(NO strippers..I find it corny LOL) It will either be a Miami trip, All-inclusive mini trip to Mexico or an AC weekend

I'm a small part of the planning, because I'm SO ridiculously OCD and my MOH knows what a nutjob and control freak I am. We're having a semi-joint party because we have all the same friends. We both started planning separately, and literally planned the same thing, so now we're just doing them the same night and integrating.
MOH knows I love Borgata and I want to pay for the rooms so they can plan away. The girls are gonna go and gamble and drink and hang out all day, then we're going to get dinner. We're all going to meet up late night and get a table at mur.mur and party all together.
I'm grossed out by male strippers. I feel like the female strippers in Atlantic City would come with bullet holes or something. I picture them being super trashy! No offense if anyone is an AC stripper or knows one.

I Just had this convo with two of my BMS. One said 'So should we start thinking about Bachelorette PartY? I said ohhh well no, b/c Im planning it! And my other BM who did the same thing (we're control freaks) just said yup, ok. Then BM1 said 'I was thinking New Orleans' I said 'I was thinking Nashville or Dollywood!' LOL So im going to price that out!!

I pretty much know all about it and have no problem with it at all. We will be doing a spa day, then dinner, then wine & chocolate bar. As far as official details and little quirky party things- that is up to my MOH but definitely no strippers. I am not into that.
