With all this talk of marathons and bike tours, it has inspired my next and final question! Thank you everyone, it has been a wonderful week.
Any plans to tone up or lose weight to look even more fabulous on your wedding day?

Re: QOTD 5-6
I started hot yoga about a month or two ago and I am really liking it. I feel so accomplished to make it out of each class alive! I am hoping to tone up a lil bit. I have never really been into exercise ever but as I get older, I would like to be toned instead of saggy so I am hoping this will help me out for my wedding and to better my overall well-being.

Re: QOTD 5-6
Im in bootcamp 2 days a week, yoga 3 days a week, and light cardio every other day off....
I love that someone else is pushing me. The instructors are ridiculous, and the yoga really helps me to appreciate everything that I have already

I am an exercise person, but not so much a dieting person! I'm doing and interval running program as well as zumba 2 times a week and yoga once or twice a week. I really want to lose at least 10 pounds before the wedding, so I need to start watching what I eat.

Re: QOTD 5-6
I am doing Zumba at my gym and now at home, I bought the zumba game for wii. It's pretty good and I sweat like I would in the gym. It's perfect for the days I work long hours and can't make the class times.
I'm also doing weight watchers, I did it for jan 1 to like mid February and lost 11 lbs. I had to have a surgery in feb and kind of fell off the bandwagon but I'm slowly getting back on!!

I just hate driving and spending money so I walk everywhere. Lost 60lbs in 6 months walking...I do 4-5 miles a day.

I do zumba at least twice a week. And I walk my dog every day. I have a nike fit app on my phone and I try to do the arm and abs workouts. I been slacking with those though.

Re: QOTD 5-6
I'm planning on joining a gym next year at least 6 months before to tone up. I'm so unmotivated and wish I had a friend nearby to workout with.

Re: QOTD 5-6
i think i could start trying on dresses and be okay if i didn't lose any more weight before the wedding. however, i do want to use the wedding as an 'excuse' to lose 5 more pounds and tone up. otherwise, when i mention how much i love workouts as stress relief, people think i'm just crazy.

I joined the gym 2 months ago and I try to go at least twice a week. Sometimes I make it there 3 times a week. It feels good!

Re: QOTD 5-6
I've been counting calories but not much else (down almost 20 lbs since January). I HATE working out but really would like to tone up - especially my stomach and arms.

Re: QOTD 5-6
Wow I feel lazy....
I work close to 70 hours a week and feel like my schedule is so chaotic (it changes on whim) I can'tmake any regularly scheduled work out.
I have lost about 15 pounds by watching what I eat, drinking more water and attempting to walk more.
