Happy Mother's Day to any Mom out there, or Godmother, or Furbaby Mom lol

Here is my Last Question of the Day and in honor of today it's all bout ya mamas:

Whether here on earth or gone, in what way will you honor, include, incorporate your mom on your Wedding Day?

My Answer:

I am still unsure on how to do this, I will be giving her a gift and a corsage of course. I think I may ask both of my parents to walk me down, because they are divorced but they both equally raised me. I still have time to decide. But I do wan't my mom to feel special, especially because she is contributing to my Wedding (buying the dress)

I don't think I'm doing anything extra special, just the usual stuff. So far my mom has been apart of everything- from flowers, to DJ, to photographer, to dress shopping, etc.... But I think I'm just giving her the corsage, paying for her makeup, and getting her and my dad a gift at the rehearsal dinner.

My mother is walking me down the aisle and we will probably do a mother daughter dance...

My mother is walking me down the aisle and we are doing a mother daughter dance. Growing up she always told me my oldest brother should do it but he didn't raise me my mom did so I told her she had to do it.

I'll be dancing with my mom to Mama's Song by Carrie Underwood. Both her and my father will walk me down the aisle since she mainly raised me my whole life!

I want to have both her and my dad walk me down the aisle, but I haven't approached her about it yet, and I'm not sure my dad would be thrilled. (They're not really on speaking terms)

I am going to be giving her a corsage though, and I definitely want to give her a big gift. I love those etsy frames by thesugaredplums so I'll probably do one of those as a gift.

I will be giving my mom a corsage and am still undecided about the mother/daughter dance. I always thought it looked weird two women dancing (silly, I know!) but I might. I have also gotten her heart felt gifts for the wedding.

For my FMIL who has passed away, we will be having a candle lighting at the beginning of the reception, with pictures of her up on the flat screens and a beautiful song and saying.

Happy Mother's Day to any mamas on here!

My mom actually asked me if she could walk me down the aisle with my dad (they're married.. I know I phrased it weird).. And I actually think it'll be nice so I said yes! I was always a mamas girl.
Other than that I don't think I'm doing anything special- I did want to set up a table and have some wedding pictures of both sets of parents (mine and FHs)

My mom has always been my confidante and go-to person, and I really want her to know how much she means to me on my wedding day. She doesn't live in NY, but I make it a point to Skype with the family every week and include them in every aspect of the wedding planning process.
I will definitely be putting up pictures of me with my parents at the reception hall. My mom will also be walking me down the aisle along with my dad, I can picture it no other way.

She'll have a corsage and we'll end up doing a dance to our song (fat bottomed girls). My mom doesn't need my help in having her stand out. Originally when FH and I were just talking about getting married on a cruise... I was told 'You can't take being a mother of the bride away from me! its my big day!' .... so... yeah. my mom doesnt need my help standing out. she'll make herself stand out juuuussttt finee :)
