Thank you so much for making me BOTW! I'm excited to ask and her all your answers. I hope I don't repeat any questions!
So for the first question of the week:
Today is the first Monday that I don't have work since I am a teacher. What do you and you FH do for work? Are your work schedules similar/different?

Well I already stated I am a teacher and my FH used to be a teacher that's how we met! Recently though he choose to change careers and now he is in law enforcement. I loved when our schedules were the exact same now it took a little getting used to the switch of working days and nights. At least the way his schedule works he is off every other weekend so I love that!

Can't wait to hear all your answers this week!

I work as an underwriter and I work from home. My company is based in San Diego and I travel twice a year for work. I work the regular hours from 8:30am to 5pm, with occasional OT. My fiance works in the city, he works for an advertising agency and he has a demanding schedule. He leaves for work at 9am. He usually get off around 8pm and gets home around 9pm. On Tues, it's our date night. We actually do a group run with Paragon Sports and then go watch a movie. Normal days, I usually cook dinner and wait for him to get home so we can eat together and we watch some TV before winding down. Our weekends is when we get to spend time together.

I work in advertising as a project manager and FH is a teacher. FH also coaches track most of the year, so he's definitely not an 'I work until 3 and then come home' teacher. He has meets on a lot of weekends, so even though we live together, I feel like we barely see each other, LOL. Luckily the season is over so I'll hopefully be seeing a lot more of him!

I am an accountant, and FH owns a construction company. We have just about the same hours, except that FH works 6 days all year round. I get busy during tax season, when I have to travel, work longer hours and work 6 days. But during the rest of the year I have pretty regular hours.

FH is a lineman for ConEdison in Brooklyn & I am a medical receptionist & own my own event planning/DOC business.

Our work schedules are similar. He works 630-3 and I work 9-5. So we can always see each other after work, unless he works overtime & that is ususally unscheduled so thats kind of annoying.

I am an excutive assistant and fh is a sanitation worker. We have similar schedules. He works 6am-2pm, I work 9am-4pm. So he's home a few hours before me. But I used to work till 7 and it ******. At least now I have better hours so when we move in together next month we'll spend a lot of time together.

I work in fashion as a CAD designer making prints for clothing and FH works in sales for Manhattan Beer Distributors. I work 9-6, but I usually stroll in around 9:30. I'm not a moring person at all. FH works from 11-4 so he gets to walk the dog in the morning!

FH works as a supply/logistics manager for the MTA. I am a medical assistant at a dermatology practice in Plainview.

FH does 'absentee relief', so his hours change ever week based on who is on vacation that week. Basically if any guy in any of the warehouses takes off, he's the one to work. Weekends, overnight shifts, whatever it is. Sucks!

I am a paralegal and FH is an operating engineer in the city. I work 9:30-5:30 and FH works overnights (12am-8am). I'm off on the weekends and his days off are like this....he comes home Tuesday morning home all day ...home all day Wednesday then has to take a 10:00 train on Thursday night to start his work week. It sucks!

Being that many of our FHs do physical work, who loves seeing their FH come home in his work clothes/work boots? Me! Me! Me! lol Love that look. lol

I work in politics and FH does construction. We're on similar schedules, except he's off for the winter, and I have no life September-December during election time, working 6-7 days a week, sometimes 20 hour days. I love it though!

I'm in charge of medical records/surgical coordinator for an ambulatory center, my FH works for the NYPD..our work schedules vary pending on his hours (I work 8am-4pm), but even if he works until 3-4am at times I still get up to spend some time with him & heat up his food if he's hungry

I work in HR for a large management consulting firm and FH is a market research manager. We work very similar hours which is great - we get to eat dinner together almost every night and go for walks with our pup in the evenings!

I work as an Operations Manager for a Transportation fleet so I start at 7am, and FH starts at 8 so we are both always up early. He is an Exterminator so during busy season (Now!) He is always pulling in over time, It works for us, because I am off at 3, and have time to clean, have alone time, and cook dinner for when he gets home. It stinks sometimes because by time he gets home, we eat, shower and watch a show its time for bed again! We get sundays together and its a day just for us, except on holidays lol but still we love that time alone.

We both work in retail as managers(that's where we met; I actually trained him at our last company!) so our days are long and change week by week. Sometimes we don't even get one day off together! We try to request as many days off together as possible now that we are at different companies but its hard since we don't have set schedules.

I work for a few fitness magazines so I have a pretty set schedule. FH is a service tech and drives all over long island for his job and has a second job so we have only a few days a week were we are both home at the same time. Sundays are usually our only full day together.

I am an Nanny and FH is a Technical Analyst for a Software firm that handles financial data. My new work schedule will be 730-330 and FH works 7-5 right now but sometimes works later like 9-6, 8-5 it depends really on the project and deadlines and there are nights when he works till 9ish because of system releases.
