QOTD 6/20

Hey Ladies !!

So I have been reading alot of vents about BMs so I figured I would ask my question about that.

* Have any of your BMs givin you any trouble ? Do they want to try and steal your thunder? If so, What have you done to set them straight?

** I have had a little trouble with trying to please eveyone. Its seems everyone has something to say about everything. I still have time to look but I was trying to get everyone together to go looking and it turned into a huge ordeal because everyone wants to be able to go, but I have 7 BMs so its kinda hard to get them all together.

I know for a fact that one of my bms is like this all the time, its all about her (and she honestly does not know she's doing it)...oh and complains that other people do this. Nothing has gotten out of hand yet thank God but one instance (and the first time I had the bms involved in something) was when we went dress shopping for my dress 9my first time dress shopping). She was telling everyone on the way there about how her FSIL's sister is so thougtless and into her self that she got engaged 2 weeks ago (which is 2 weeks before her sister wedding which is today btw) and she couldnt even wait these 2 weeks to start picking bm dresses at her sister's final fitting, etc. talking e-party already, blah blah blah. THEN, okay, we get to RK bridal and this BM goes, ohhh let me stop so I can look for jewlery for that wedding, and the whole day she kept on about if she should get it or not...at one point, I couldnt find her when I needed an opinion on a dress cuz she was bargaining with the lady about the jewlery. I honeslty dont care thattttt much but seriously, how could you talk about someone else and then do the same thing! Yeah its her world all the way!

One thing I can say about BM who are bi*ches, if they havent had their wedding yet, they better watch the F out!! Insert EvIl LaUgH

surprisingly..i haven't had any problems yet. They all want the same style dress so that's made it easy and they've all been super helpful. But then again..i still have 11 months to go lol

i asked 2 childhood friends to be in my BP. They have yet to show an interest in teh wedding. they have no idea about anything that is going on with it right now.
i feel like they dont want to be in it but if that was the case then you should have said no when i asked you. i was in a no win situation..its like if i didnt ask they would be offended but then i did ask and its like they dont even care. oh well...the other 6 girls have been fine

Actually my girls have been great so far (knocks on wood), I really haven't had any problems with any of them yet. Most have them have told me that they'll wear whatever I put them in, although I have asked for their preferences.

i have had NO problems.. and i have 13 girls! its a miracle that there havent been issues. im the first one to get married out of all my friends so they all want to be super involved. and the other 5 are my cousins and of coarse my sister (MOH) who has been fab!!
hopefully it continues this way... the only i for see is them being toooo involved,and too many opinions. i dont want to shut down their ideas but i still want what i want!

I've had no problems so far, all the BM's are family members mine and FH's, so hopefully it will stay that way

None at all. I have the best BMs ever!! They are so wonderful and helpful. No problems at all

appearantly my sister (MOH) emailed all my bm's just to touch base and start thinking of some ideas...and FSIL wrote back with a pretty demanding email with all these things she said they HAD to do....my sister basically just wrote back like thanks for the ideas but we have 9 girls to coordinate so we may need to be a little more flexible.

i hope she doesnt continue to give my sister problems!!!

i haven't had any issues with my BM's. my MOH is wonderful, 2 of them are on the younger side (my cousins) and they have only been flowergirls before so they just kinda do what they are told, another one of my BM is getting married a month after me, so that might cause some conflicts (not in a bad way) as it gets closer just because there are things that need to get done, the last BM is FH's sister (she's a bit spoiled, so we'll see what happens when it gets closer to the wedding.

yes, I have had problems with a few

my cousins give me a hard time with getting things done on time, but came through in the end

FSIL is the devil!! she almost runined me getting the bm dresses that we all agreed on

but my Cousin ( moh) and my sister (my mini moh as I all her) have been wonderful

so far no problems...I have only asked 2 of them though, still have one more to ask...So far we have had no issue's of any kind (one BM is turning 16 this year and is my cousin, she has no problems with anything and is really into the wedding...My other BM is getting married 3/11 [Disney1204...she posts on liw!!] so she understands all of the stuff that goes with planning, she is just so laid back and chill that if there was any issue, of any kind, she would just tell me what is up and then we go from there. Her and I have been super close friends for about 6 years now, so by this point I think we know how each other are and how we think...lol)

unfortunatly I have one BM who just does not care but we can not ask her to leave the BM because of reasons I can't say because of lurkers but it gets FH and I soooooooooo frustrated I wanna cry half the time!

I haven't had any trouble with my bridesmaids they are all awesome. You are always going to have some little tiffs here and there because its you wedding and you have a vision and they are all individuals. I wouldn't sweat it, unless they are being absolutely ridiculous then my bridezilla face would show haha
