We met the summer before junior year in college working at the MET, in the visitor services department!!! My first impression of him was that he was handsome but I honestly didnt think anything would happen and here we are almost 9 years later.

We met online, but actually probably passed each other a million times in the course of our lives....we seemed to be in the same places during the same years. Our first date was just a quick drink. He was so sweet and shy. He acted like a perfect gentlemen for weeks and weeks. But obviously I really liked him and thought it was so sweet that he was so nervous at 35 years old!! I have to say that I still believe he is one of the sweetest guys I know but it turns out he's a total pervert so I guess the shy nice-guy routine was just a rouse!

Met him in 1997. My friend was dating his friend and we all met up at his friend's house. I was dating someone else at the time that I really liked, so didn't (wouldn't let myself) think much. I did think 'he's pretty cute,' and I loved his DKNY hat and Nautica boots..lol. He was also playing a video game. My oh my how things have NOT changed...

We met in 2002 on Valentines day at a bar! My friends decided Valentines day was not just about romantic love and we were going out to celebrate. While dancing one of FHs friends sat at our table because he had a broken arm from an accident. I sat down and was taking to him then FH came over and started talking with me, then we danced. at the end of the night my BF gave him both of our numbers so we could all hang out as friends. 2 days later he called to ask me out and we have been together ever since

We met in college. I met one of his suitemates at orientation so my roomie & I would hang out in their suite all the time (my whole suite & his whole suite were all Sophomore transfer students). I had a b/f, he had a g/f. When I first met him, we were playing a$$hole & drinking heavily (what else is new?).......I hated him Everyone has diff rules for a$$hole & he apparently didn't like my rules lol. I just thought he was the biggest jerk. But since my roomie & I always hung out with his suitemates, we would see him every day. He eventually became my bestttt friend & we would chill literally every single day. It wasn't until first semester Junior year that I started to like him more than a friend, & I knew he liked me also. We would stay up til 7 a.m. drinking vodka/cranberry b/c we wouldn't wanna leave eachother, although we never mentioned it...just innocent flirting here & there. To make a very long story less long, I left my b/f, he left his g/f and the rest is history

We met at his christmas party. We hung out all night and at the end of the night I left without getting his number. It was about a month or so before I was able to even contact him. Then finally we hung out again and we were hooking up but just friends (BEST friends) for about 4 months before we became really serious.

I thought he was a cocky as@hole whihc for some reason I liked - I was right - he is still a cocky as@hole but he is a lovable one!!!

In all honestly he kept that 'swagger' about him that I liked, but he has matured in the last 11 years as have I...so it works now...
