I met him on Singlesnet. We spoke on the phone for about 2 weeks before we met and I thought he was very funny. When we finally met, we totally clicked. What started out as just a lunch, turned into the movies, and then we sat in the park for hours talking.

We met online. Talked for a few weeks. Then met up at IKEA. We walked around, had dinner, watched a movie and stayed up talkinng till the wee hours. Been together ever since.

Im met fh twice actually..... 1st tim: at my stepmothers house but I didnt talk to him bc I was nervous 2nd time: at a bar lol and I went over to talk to him. he was and is everything I thought he would be!

met him 11 yrs at the supermarket when I was 16 and we worked there together! Thought he was a really, really nice guy but I had a bf. Reconnected with him 4 yrs ago on myspace, thought he was a complete gentleman and fell in love with him on our first date

I met Omar online in 1999. We were chat room buddies and then phone buddies. This went on for 2 years! Then, when we were both single in 2001...I agreed to meet him in Chicago (where he lived) for a few days. We totally hit it off and have been together ever since! I moved here in 11/2001 to be with him (he was still in college at the time). My first impression of him (online) was that he was a nerd...and I was right lol But I love that nerd.

match! our first date was at JJs (sushi in Astoria). We actually bumped into each other getting off the train...and we clicked instantly. our first date was 8 hours...we went to a cafe and a bar after and just talked allllllllllll night. I knew he was someone special...he says he knew he was going to marry me that night. We both fell hard, and we were right!

He was the bouncer at the bar I used to go to-and as soon as I saw him, I nudged my friend and said “mmmmm, finally some eye candy in here”. And the rest is history

We met in 9th grade english. Honesty I thought he was a loser It wasn't until I got to know him that I really started to like him.

I met FH at our freshman college orientation. He and a friend approached me and roommates at lunch one day. I thought he was nice but way too 'maryland preppy' for me since at the time I was allll about the guidos lol when school started a few months later we ended up living in the same dorm a few rooms away from each other and became great friends and then started dating a few months later and now here we are 6 years later

I met him when he was dating my bff in highschool. They broke up a year later and I never really hung out with him until years later when I came back from college and moved in with a mutual friend. When I met him I didn't give him much thought- he was just my friend's hot b/f.

My sister and his cousin were good friends... they introduced us when we were like 17/18... i didnt like him... we became friends about a year and a half later... i had no reason not to like him... lol... he loves telling this story... he tells everyone i thought i was too cool

He came in the office for a job and I was the one who administered his test... He scored 100% and my first thought was he was smart and polite. We didn't date then, he left the company after a year... (this was 10 years ago) and we were friends.. He kept in touch with me and when I lost my husband to cancer he came to his wake to show his support.... A little more than a year and half later he invited me to see him in a play and then it was the start of a great relationship and a second chance at happiness for me. (and yes, my first instincts were true...he is very smart and polite...)

Blind date set up by mutual friends who were 'seeing' each other.
I thought he was suuuuper hot, but out of my league. How could he like me you know?
We talked a little, had some things in common and then our mutual friends wanted to split up and go make out somewhere. I got into FH's car and we drove to the same spot and talked for a long time and then hooked up We started dating about a week after that and the rest is history

I met my FH in high school, we had mutual friends. . . I thought that he was really nice and soooooo cute. but I was dating someone.
turns out that I went to his prom with a friend, and we ended up dancing at his prom in 97. . . . fast forward to 2004 and we ran into each other in a bar, and started dating after that.

We met working at Fox Hollow 7+ yrs ago. When I first met him my first impression was, who is this guy. Lol He's cute, knows what to say, smart, and is FUNNY!! He was the biggest flirt and the most untouchable bc he seemed was just 'too good'. I just put him up on a pedestal. Anyway, he chose me and I am never going to let him go!

I left that date and called my sister and told her I had just met the man I was going to marry....

my sisters best friend used to date DH's brother
my sister started hanging out with DH's brother & cousin [her now husband] & then i started hanging out with their click & DH started coming around.. we were 14 when we first met.. started going out about a year later & here we aree
my first impression.. he was very shy and quiet & i was very intrigued haha .. was i right?? yepp.. fast foward 11 years.. he's not so shy and quiet anymore lol.. he doesnt shut upp

I met him drunk at a party. Actually, the night we met my best friend thought my FH was super cute and his best friend was interested in me. However, we talked for a while that night, developed a friendship and all.. I knew he was great then, but I was wrong..because he is amazing!!
