I love my Dominican cakes...and my favorite is custard and pineapple. this time, I would like to try something new, a mixture of exotic taste-- or maybe something along the line of RUM hmmmm - all depends how my tasting goes....

We're splitting up the layers. FH loves chocolate so his layer will have that, and mine will have connoli

at least one of the flavor's has to be cannoli. its my favorite and FH's family is italian.

If it were up to me I'd do carrot cake - its my absolute favorite but fh hates it. I'd love to do something seasonal but we'll see.
