Ok so we've talked about proposal stories, and the first time we've said I love you. But I want to know where and how you and FH met and where did you go for your 1st date?

We met at a friends party. Out first date was at Ruby Tuesdays and to go see the movie The Holiday.

we knew the same ppl but started talking online in like a private chat with our friends..
he picked me up form work with a mutual friend..and we went to taco bell.. i was 16 he was 54...so we broke up even tho we werent officially together..cuz ugly bishes were jealous and making fun of him for being older than me....
he found me 5 yrs later on myspace.... we met up again... and been together ever since(3 yrs in august)...1st outing was at mirage with his father lmaooo...

we met while we were both working at the Gap in high school. The manager actually introduced us and made him help me fold shirts on a table. It was holiday season and I was acutally working 2 jobs in the mall. The other place was Claire's Accessories. He would constantly come into claire's and act like he was looking at stuff 'for his cousin' but c'mon, claire's is a girl store and what teenage boy shops for their cousin?!?! One day we exchanged numbers and i swore that i wouldn't call him first, but he was not as aggresive as i am so I wound up calling first! our first date was bowling!

i actually used to work with FH's roommate and his best friend and i came to the apartment to hang out with them and met FH briefly. i didnt see him again until 7 years later when he started coming out with his best friend (who is married to my best friend)
FH showed up at a bar the night i broke up with my ex and harassed me til i gave him my number.
we talked for a few days, 6 hour phone calls each time (gay i know) and our first date was just hanging out at his house, we watched the movie Waiting

FH and I met during a YMCA leaders rally in Boston. Fh and I went to separate high schools but every 3 months, all ymca leaders would go on these weekend retreats. I always thought he was cute but I was the quiet girl with glasses that would never say anything. His YMCA had a party and a few of my friends and I went to it, we 'danced' to Yeah by Usher and a chaperon had to break us up One of my good friends stayed overnight at my house and I remember blurting out to her that Fh was cute. She being a Yenta told him and we started talking on AOL. We would call each other as soon as we got home from school around 4, and we would hang up at 7:00 a.m just in time to go back to school. We did this three days in a row! Our first date was at the Lowe's theater on 42nd to see Troy, we ended up seeing Troy twice but not actually seeing it, if it makes sense

Fast forward about 4 years, and our first date we went to Cafe Baci in Westbury, then to the Westbury Cinemas to watch 'the Island'

That song makes me smile. Every word she says is the truth, that song is a must play at our wedding! I didn't know before that you and you FH were high school sweethearts as well?

Good question!
We met at a surprise party I was throwing a good friend. He was dating another friend of mine and she brought him. We both went to undergrad together at Binghamton at the time. After this first encounter, I didn't meet him again until 2 years later when we both lived down here, and my friend (his then ex) introduced us.
Our first date was at the wineries where I got very drunk and eventually sick! Excellent first impression!

He was my tutor for economics.....haha!
So our first date was a concert in the city that his brother was playing. I was so nervous b/c I was already meeting the family! So I drank so much, especially that his brother kept buying me drinks. I got so wasted, I couldn't even walk to the car. I ended up throwing up all over
But FH still came back and I love him for it.

FH works for my father and uncle. My cousin set up an employee bar outing and asked me to go. She had to beg me to go cause I really wasn't in the mood to go out that night. FH and I hit it off playing those bar trivia games. We were friends first cause he was going through a really messy separation/divorce. Couldn't really say what our 'official' first date was cause we used to always hang out and go out to dinner. Just asked FH and he says it was a little while before we were official, but he likes to think it's the first time I met him at a local diner and we shared a strawberry shortcake.

I met him when I was 15. He was my brothers coworker. They soon became best friends. He would come over my house a lot to hang out. My parents were very strict and would not let me out by myself. My brother always had to take me everywhere he went. So I used to be with my FH all the time. He finally asked my brother if he could take me out alone and my brother said yes so we went to Cafe Spasso on Old Country Road and then we went to a pool hall.

We met at work...we both worked in the same supermarket and were friends with the same group of people and became really close. After a year, he finally told me how he felt about me. I'm pretty sure we went to a movie for our first date. Everyone we worked with took bets on how long it would be before we broke up and 8 1/2 years later, we're planning a wedding!

My cousin and his neighbor were dating and asked us to double with them. Before meeting, he called me and we talked for hours. I thought he was really nice and I was really excited to meet him but scared he'd be like every other guys I met lol So when the day came, he picked me and my cousin up and we were trying to go to the Haunted house in Bayville, well we never ended up going there, We got tottally lost and went to the movies instead.
