Limos.. We are only using a pick up/drop off service anyway since our ceremony & reception are at the same place. We weren't even sure if we wanted to get a limo because we're only 20 minutes away from the RH, but FH brought up the point that I wouldn't want to be brought to my wedding in my dad's minivan lol but if I had to cut something, that would be it.

I'd first see if I could switch the day to a Friday or Sunday or Saturday day instead of the Saturday evening that we have.
If that doesn't work, I'd get cheaper invitations, DIY programs (which I might still do), and use the placecards and table numbers from my hall.
As for a last resort, I would cut out limos. I *guess* we could have family members drive..........
ETA: we'd also get a dj instead of a band.

I would not get the hummer but a smaller limo but I have already made so many cuts I feel!!

i would probably cut menus and programs.. and maybe not spend so much on invitations and try to DIY before cutting any major vendor. maybe reconsider my flower arrangements go from high to low centerpieces.

I'd probably cut my list down first. Then possibly cut vh (gasp). I may even consider doing a wedding cruise, which would double as the honeymoon. this is depressing me already

I would cut my menus and ceremony programs... I would probably drop my sax player for dinner and my string quartet for the ceremony and cocktail hour...
