So, suppose the wedding fund is all dried up and GASP you need to cut something from your budget!
What vendor/extra would you be willing to part with?
I guess I'd be willing to forgo paying someone to do extras like menus/placecards/etc and DIY.

i would cut doing menu's programs I would make a DIY cardbox rather than buy one... little things... my vendors are staying!

Good question... it depends, if it happened now... i would just call it off and do something I could afford... because we really havent invested all that much yet...
if it happened in like feb/march... i think i would cut photographer/videographer... i have several excellent photographers in my family... i would also see if the hall would take money off with all the extras they threw in for me...

Thats a tough question!! Well, depending on how much we had to cut, I would probably do a lot more DIY projects, like my invitations and menu cards, etc......If I had to keep cutting, I guess the cigar roller would have to go. Then if I still had to cut, maybe the ceiling draping??

i am spending a lot of money on flowers...so that would be the first thing i would drastically cut back,
I would also probably go with cheaper invites and forget all the little extras like menus etc.

cheap-o invites, no special suprise for FH anymore , no special upgrades from dj company,,,,and maybe get cheaper limo

With our vendors we have ZERO upgrades or extras, so there would be nothing to cut from there
I think I would cut my programs or one aspect on my invitations.
