For you girls who currently live with FHWhat is the one thing that stands out the most about your adjustment to living together. or the one thing you didnt know about FH before you moved in with him?
For the girls who do not live with FH
What is the one thing you are looking forward to the most about living together?
So before I moved in with FH I did not know that when he has a stuffy nose his snore sounds like 'angry Donald Duck' The first time I heard it not only did it wake me up but I could not go back to sleep becuase I was laughing so hard I even voice recorded it on my phone!! LOL I mean I used to spend most weekends at his place before we were engaged but never had I heard that EVER.. It was the funniest thing. I think I may just sleep through it now because I am used to it..LOL
FH did not know I lose soo much hair.. He is constantly pulling my hair off of him. HAHAH

Well we are moving in together this weekend so I'm sure we will find more things out about each other BUT we honestly basically live together as it is just going back & forth from his parents house to mine.BUT I can say the thing I am most looking forward to is having dinner together every night & going to sleep & waking up together every day. I also am looking forward to having a place that is 'ours' not 'my parents house' or 'his parents house'

One of the biggest adjustments when I moved in is getting ready together in the morning. He monopolizes the bathroom so I have had to get creative. Other than that moving in went pretty seamlessly.

We didn't have any issues or surprises since we were basically living together before, by staying over each others parents house every night .. I knew what I was getting into lol

Hmm...we have very different eating habits. He is naturally a very healthy person and I'm not so much. He is always wanting to make meat and veggies, and I want to order pizza or eat chips with queso! lol. He has been rubbing off on me a little bit, thankfully.FH likes to joke that I shed bobby pins all over our apartment haha

I can't wait for NO PARENTS! I just can't wait for it to be just me and FH and I'll get to see face everyday. Very soon! Super excited.

Honestly, it was SO SO HARD!!!! Like SO hard!!I think the biggest adjustment was that he's such a slob, I like things neat, clean and in order, OCD status!
He hates that I shed!!!

I had to get used to his OCD about neatness. And mind you, I am a neat person. But for him, everything has a place.FH never had roommates before, so it took him a while adjusting to living with another person. He needs his alone time, especially when he's playing video games or looking up stuff on his computer.

We were so excited to not be long distance any more the move in was great. now that we've been living together for 2 years we sometimes have timing issues since he moves very slowly and tends to jump in the bathroom right before i need it to get ready. also we are both a little on the sloppy side so sometimes we get annoyed with eachother about not putting things away. Hes great though he does all the cooking so i cant really complain.

Hmmmm the initial adjustment was getting used to FH's sloppiness. I was super anal, OCD and FH was a 'dropper' he would drop keys here, socks there, crap everywhere like all over the place and it would drive me nuts BUT the benefit was he has taught me to lighten up, they are just things!!I have rubbed off on him though because now things irk him if they aren't put away!
I don't think FH was prepared for all my loose hair LOL

THIS! Everyone looked at me like I was crazy when I said it was a difficult adjustment. I had a hard time with the messiness, too. AND, I wasn't used to not having my own space (he moved into my apt, which was all mine before him). I remember being all pissy one day and him asking what was wrong and I just said 'you're ALWAYS HERE!'
Luckily, after a couple weeks, all was well and now I can't understand how I lived without him!
