QOTD--8/15/08

Good Morning Ladies!!!

TGIF--Thank God Its Friday! Here is the QOTD:

Since we are thankful its Friday, make a list of the things that you are thankful for this week OR maybe the things that you are NOT so thankful for this week (and maybe you are glad the week is finally over!!). Heck, you can even list both! I will start!!

Im Thankful for:

FH finally deciding on a wedding band

My friends who help keep me sane (Kostena advised me not to burn out yesterday and she was right!!)

Being one week closer to my wedding!

My mom, who has helped me SO MUCH this week!!!

Ordering the BM dresses!

Im GLAD the week is over because:

I am tired LOL

I had a horrible makeup trial

I hope this rain and thunder ends soon--I scared!!

I am Thankful For:

The blessing of an amazing family that although they drive me crazy I would not trade them in for the world!!

I am not thankful for:

My OCD tendencies...I had a meltdown last night b/c FH did not put the soap back where it belonged and he left his socks in the hallway...my OCD is like a disease!!!

I'm thankful for

ordering my wedding invitations

deciding on a wedding band for FH

deciding on a centerpiece for the tables

I'm glad this week is almost over

because it was the work week from hell

i'm thankful for:

* the splendid day i had yesterday w/ my buddy & BM laura dress shopping and splurging on seafood & drinks by the bay
* the dinner picnic FH and i had @ sunset in heckscher park this week
* the beautiful, sunny and not too hot/humid beach day we got on wednesday.
* this job that allows me to enjoy my summers (even tho i'm having A LOT of anxiety about school starting again in 2 weeks)
* my FMIL, who treats me like one of her own daughters
* my health, especially after seeing my mom's good friend in an induced coma in the ICU last night
* the financial freedom to by myself a dress that costs more than $1,000

I am not thankful for:

I’m thankful for:

FH being AWESOME with the wedding planning… if it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t have half as much done!
Getting our hotel block and getting our e-pics back this week

NOT thankful for:

The mountain of work I came back to today since I was off for two days

IM VERY THANKFUL FOR:

The most Amazing family & friends ever!

MY FH who is not only the sweetest & most thoughtful guy ever but the hottest (to me)

My leg finally feeling better. I can hit the gym on Sunday to start the new week! YES!

That the work week is over & I can go party with my girls tonight! OH YEA

That FH & I decided to get a quintet of Violinists for the CH!

That I found the perfect accessories to finish off our Master Bedroom. YAY!!!!




IM NOT THANKFUL FOR:

THIS CRAPPY WEATHER

My leg being hurt all week.

JetBlue not opening up flights fr Feb yet! lol

AND any one who gives attitude for no reason! Darn B I O T C H ES! lol lol lol lol j/k

I am thankful for:
My FH and his supportive ways...
My family.
That it is FRIDAY!

I am happy this week is over because:
I am so drained from work!
My best friend is being a b*tch. (The one complained about the dress I picked)
I can't wait to hang with my friends!

I'm thankful for...

my fh who is just the best <3

my wonderful family and friends (especially feeling thankful to my parents for throwing us the whole wedding !)

the vacation fh and I are leaving for tomorrow for the whole week (Outer Banks NC with friends) yeeaaaaa :)

I'm thankful for:

-Having my job w/ this horrible economy
-having a wonderful FH who takes care of me
-A wonderful and supportive family mine and his
-My doggie...I love her more everyday...she makes me laugh

I'm glad this week is over and looking forward to the next one

im thankful:

that this week is OVER.
that i'm feeling better
for FH being so cute and supportive this week.
that my MOH is coming down from upstate this weekend.
for my kitties who cuddled me in bed for 3 days when i was sick and alone.
to go to the yankee game tonight! woopwoop

This week I'm thankful for:

*FH being able to make me feel better even when I embarrass the HECK out of myself
*FSIL's new baby boy (my future nephew!) doesn't have a heart murmur! Whew!




This week I'm NOT thankful for:

*This darn job I have - I can't wait until after the wedding is over - I'm looking to do something new

Im thankful for:

*a healthy family & healthy friends
*an amazing birthday week- more to follwo next week ( thankful that my family & friends entertain this idea for me)
*My super duper sweet FH for always pampering me and showing me he cares
* the work week being over so that I can start my weekend off right!!


NOT thankful for:

* my bloated body from aunt flo
* being so sleepy
* not being able to stop eating

I think this should always be the Friday QOTD I love it

Thankful for:
FH being so involved with the wedding planning
FH being the best male nurse on the planet. I would not have gotten through the surgery without him
Finding the PERFECT travel agent to help with my honeymoon plans
Getting into my sneakers - although I can't walk I got them on which is a huge step in the healing process
My mom organizing all of my scrapbooking supplies

Not thankful:
Stupid infection
Jet blue's lack of flight schedule
Not knowing anything about cruises

Im Thankful for:

my neice and nephew coming to visit me!

almost finishing my registry!

the countdown to my wedding is decreasing!


Im GLAD the week is over because:

I'm going to look for my wedding dress on tuesday!

I'm going to AC on Monday...

I am thankful for:
My mom's toe (fractured in two places) is healing nicely.
Getting to spend the day yesterday with my cousins and Goddaughter.
My friends/BM's that are willing to always help me.
That we got our church booked.
That I have had the summer off to get wedding things done.
Getting in and out of Lakeshore within 20 minutes.
Losing 7 lbs.
The rollerblades that made it possible.

I'm glad this week is over because:
It has been busy and I have way too many too do post-its all over our apartment.
Closer to FH being on vacation with me next week.

Love the questions

Thankful for:
* my FH knowing when something is bothering me and making me talk about it so we can work it out
* FH picking up an extra shift this weekend - need the money
* My incredible mother who is so supportive even though i know my indecision is killing her!!
* My FSIL for helping me to work in my wedding vision even though I know she had a crappy week

Not thankful for:
* the rain - enough already
* summer almost being over - feel like I didn't get to enjoy it!!
