~QOTD 8/22/11~

Good morning ladies! I am so excited to be BOTW and to get to know everyone a little bit better.

Today my question has to do with the reception at your wedding. If you had to pick one thing, what are you MOST excited to share with your guests and for them to see/experience?

For me is is the fact that we have a band instead of a DJ! I cannot wait for people to be blown away by the live music and we have an AMAZING band. I always feel like a band is more elegant and I hope our guests enjoy it!

A band is really a nice touch, I definitely like that!

I think for me, I just am excited for everything we're doing strictly for the guests:

A signature cocktail menu, a table for the kids, the crazy DJ package, and the ability to walk to the hotel at the end of the night.

Basically, all my planning has been based on guest convenience, so hopefully they'll all enjoy themselves.

I'm most excited to see my guests experience the photobooth. I know that they have become very popular recently but I don't think many of my guests have been to receptions with one. I think everyone is going to have a great time with it-especially after a few drinks lol.

I'm excited for my surprise, but I can't say what it is here! It will come at the end of the night and I have already set my photographer up for it so she doesn't miss my guests faces when they see the surprise. I can't wait!

Yay I can't wait till your wedding so you can tell us what it is!!

I think for my OOT guests (FH's people) I'm super excited for the CH and open bar... people from the west coast aren't used to this!!

For everyone on the East Coast I don't think it'll be anything surprising or special but all the extras will make it perfect.

If no Mr. Met I am excited for people to see how I incorporate the Mets without going crazy!

If you can't get the official Mr. Met, could you rent the costume from somewhere else and just hire someone to wear it for a while? Hell I'll do it for free, it sounds like fun! I think you need him at your wedding

I am most excited about the uplighting and I am also going to ask my friend to make an engagement video to show after the montage, she is so talented! She did my sisters and it came out beautiful!
