What was the worst gift FH ever got you? And did you let him know you didn’t like it? Share your story!

the worst gift FH ever got me...hm....this is tough bc he tries so hard and i feel bad sometimes lol...

OHHH I know...playstation 2 games for a playstation 2 i didnt have...He bought games he would like for me to play with him...

Hmm..... Like Gabi, I feel bad...because wow every other time he hit the mark.

And the sentiment was sweet. He bought me an angel Christmas ornament (He calls me Angel) but it wasn't my taste at all. You can bet that ornament is going on the tree... because the thought was so nice.

To be honest, each gift he's gotten he's listened to things I've said I've wanted and he's gotten me exactly what I've mentioned. Think the worst gift would be his no gift at all.......it was my first birthday as a couple and he just ran out of time (there was a lot going on) and he just never had a chance to get me one. I understood, but it still stunk. He's made a huge effort after that.

all the gifts he's gotten me i have liked...however when we 1st started going out (i actually believe the 1st 2 years) he didn't get me a gift for my birthday. He said b/c it was so close to christmas. Now he didn't go over the top and spend a ton of money or anything like that on the 1 gift in order to not get the 2nd one...so i don't know if he just forgot??!!

i think the worst gift ever was nothing for v-day it was our 1st v day i was so upset.. i didnt even see him.... it was snowing bad and he was stuck at work by the time he got home it was like 9pm.. i was crying all night he didnt even get me a card or send me flowers (KIM- he can get them for free since my fam owns the F-shop) but there was like no effort.. i was crushed.... but our 2nd v day i guess he made up for it... he bought me a brand new Computer ... and some chocolates... but that 1st v day still upsets me

I dont think there's ever been a gift he's gotten me that I didnt like. Usually whenever he gets me something, its something he knows I want.

When we first started going out, FH was 18 and I guess he didnt know much about clothes shopping for a girlfriend, lol. For my bday the first year we were together, he got me 2 shirts from Bob's Store. They were off the clearance rack and they were the ugliest things I'd ever seen, lol. I guess he knew I didnt like them because the only time I wore them was to bed, lol.

he got me a silver heart bracelet( i like hearts) form things remembered. for vday.. i picked it out.i loved it..wore it til it broke..he slike'ehhh dont worry..'

all i wanted was the same exact 20$ bracelet for our 2 yr aniv..thats allllllll

he went out and got me a white gold/diamond heart shape bracelet.. it was soooooo ugly..llike old lady style... i started crying as son as i opened it........ he cursed me out..called me an ungrateful bish then stormed off into th ebedroom and cried.. i felt HORRIBLE..but seriously... i told him DO NOT GET ME A REAL BRACELET..and he didnt listennnnnn..so we returned it, he put in more $ and got me the heart shape diamond ring i wear now......

and because of that incident..i have to pick out my own e-ring.. he refuses to 'surprise ' me...

dont blame him! lol

LOL i got an ugly bracelet too, for my first xmas w/ him... it started to turn color LOL so he was like complaining, 'you dont like my gift!!!' im like no its nice i just like my other ones better!
