FH wants me to pick out his tux, he would rather I pick it out to make sure it looks good.

I've already dictated to FH what kind of outfit he's going to wear, and he's already fighting me tooth and nail. I want him to wear black tux, black shirt, ivory pearl tie, and dark red rose. He thinks I'm going to make him look too, um, Italian lol. But we are getting married at Villa's, so might as well go for broke haha. Plus monochrome makes you appear taller, so he needs all the help he can get.

I don't think he minds too much though, and would rather be surprised for my dress.

This is the one thing I havent given much thought to. I've obsessed about pretty much everything else wedding related.

I trust FH and I think I will let him take the reins on this one.

hahaha....me and fh just had an arguement this weekend about who gets to pick out the tuxes!!
He doesn't even go shopping for himself...he's not picking the tuxes out by himself

Great answers girls...I am going to have to work on FH - I totally trust his taste but I don't think he should pick out the tux with no input from me!!! CRAZY BOYS!!!!!!

FH will be very involved with his attire....we are planning on getting a really nice suit for him....we decided to just go with black suits because I like the way they look better than tuxes.... as for why we don't show the groom our dress...I think my whole reason is for him to be wowed when he sees me....just to give it more excitement...you see FH in suits more often then he sees you in a wedding gown...so that is why I think we keep it secret.

i will definitely go with my fh to pick out the tuxes...he's already told me he wants me to go and help pick it out because he wants to make sure i like it...

I have the same problem!!! MY FH keeps telling me he is getting gold vests. Yes, I said GOLD!!! It would look wonderful with my peach dresses. lol I already told him that I was going to call the tuxedo place and make sure that he got a normal color. Not that there is anything wrong with gold, but not with my peach dreses. I think we should have a big part of what the tuxedos look like. He keeps saying that he will get them and not tell me where they get them from, but I know in the end he will get a normal color and he is just teasing me.
