QOTD 8/4

Good Morning Sunshines! Happy Monday. So considering it is Monday and it's supposed to be a fresh start (yadda yadda yadda) I would like to know: are you planning to do anything different appearance wise just for the wedding? Example if you wear glasses or you going to do contacts, would you do false lashes, extensions, change you hair color, etc, etc.

i honestly have to say, i would do contacts. I don't wear my glasses on a permanent level but i do wear them so much lately (for distance) and I don't like them in pictures on me. I want to be able to see FH at the end of the aisle and not be a blurry mess .

i'd also have to say the eyelash extensions. Now I think those are gorgeous!

hmm i might do fake eyelashes, not sure about eyelash extensions..i'd have to see some pics. i go back and forther between my natural hair color of brown and changing it to blondish and i havent decided which i wanna do

oh yea and i would LOVE to change the appearance of my body! a nice sleek shape would be lovely lol

definitely doing the eyelashes, i'll probably wear my glasses half the time because frankly i now really rely on them. in a perfect world, i'd also get the girls done before the wedding,

I am definitely thinking about the eyelash extensions, I really like the way they look. I haven't decided on hair color yet, my hair goes between blonde, brown, and red so often that i haven't decided on what color i want it for the wedding yet.

I don't even know what my natural hair color is, so safe to say it'll be dyed a blondish color. I don't think I'll do eyelashes, but you never know...

I plan on dropping a few pounds too... and maybe joining a gym to get toned and such.

On a weekly basis I alternate between glasses and contacts depending on the pollen count lol but I hope by the time the wedding, to hopefully have gotten lasik or just be an avid contacts wearer. I am a black well actually brown , so yeah we put in extensions for all major events lol, this time it would be for just more fullness and volume. I am not too sure about the eyelash thing, maybe I will try it out one of these days to see how it looks on me, I just want to look as natural as possible.

ETA: this is a weird alteration but I also wanna get inked before the wedding, at least before the end of this summer!

I don't know yet...I don't wear much make-up and I might try eyelashes. I just don't want to look unrecognizable on my wedding day...I hate when brides do that!

Good question! I haven't really given it much thought. I definitely want to loose a few (more than a few) pounds before. I'll probably let my hair grow out for about a year before. It alternates between shoulder length and long depending on the season. I figure the last time I can chop it all off is next summer, then let it go long.

Definitely want to loose weight. Will probably be covering a tattoo or two so as not to freak out his family members (my mother asked me yesterday to have my tattoo guy put clothes on my angel and devil but told her I'll just use the makeup if I do cover it up). I will probably grow out my hair more and go with a lighter shade of brown that is more of my natural color....FH likes my hair to be DARK but think it may wash me out in pics.

my sister recently got her makeup trial done and got the fake eyelashes and i liked the way they looked! so i will probably get those

I'll try to lose some weight, maybe eyelashes. As for the hair if it doesn't grow buy it and add color.

I will def be wearing fake eyelashes, I love those things! More than likely i'll add some extensions to my hair but that's about it

I agree with you Joanne, I would love to get the girls done, but it's not happening!

if we werent date twins, i would totally offer to be there the day you get married and PAINT clothes onto them

oooohhhh, you could have done tiny pasties with tassels!

I really gotta post my tattoo pic somewhere one of these days. Probably not here cause it would probably get censored.

i love reading the responses. considering you always hear that brides shouldn't look different than themselves or they hated that they did...i'm actually content (I know I could use a better word but i'm having a brain fart) with what I'm reading!
