I don't deal with stress well! I normally am up all night when I am stressed out and just sit in bed thinking.

The driving thing helps new too! Or I'll just call one of my bm or my MOH to vent.

When I'm stressed I get really emotional and I like to keep to myself. To get over it I talk to FH or someone else that I'm close to. I also pray about it.

I will try to not think about the thing stressing me out. Going for a long walk with FH, cooking, and drinking on the weekend usually help.

I wish I could say I do something like going for a run but no, I usually eat when i'm really stressed. it's a bad habit! Venting to my best friend is another thing that really helps me. I like to go for long drives sometimes too when it's nice out and i can roll down all the windows.... or having a glass of wine (or 3) on the weekends is always a good stress reliever

Depends on what I am stressed about and how bad I am stressed. Sometimes I just need to go sit or lay some whr alone to cool off and calm down or I need to vent to someone which usually involves a lot of cursing lol. On occasion I will cry like when I was stressing a few wks ago about paying for this wedding lol Cuddling with my fur babies also helps. There is just no way I can stay mad or stressed for long looking at their adorable faces

Depends on what kind of stress it is. Usually I just vent to someone... my parents or my fiance'. Lucky them!

When i'm stressed I usually just try to breathe and take one thing at a time... put things into perspective. Relaxing in bed with my pups usually puts my mind at ease, or going out for a drink with a friend or FH.
Xanax also does wonders! LOL

My pets are the biggest de-stresser for me. Also hiking, going to the beach, taking a bath, drinking a cup of tea, doing qi-gong/tai-chi, yoga, and meditation definitely clear away stress. Also I go to a chiropractor (all the stress goes to my back and neck!) and acupuncturist, so that helps too.
Sometimes if me and FH are really stressed out but don't feel like doing anything big we just walk the boardwalk at Sunken Meadow State Park. Other times I try to focus on something like cleaning or doing a wedding task to feel productive and distract myself. Doing things you enjoy and seeing the people you love also de-stress.
