QOTD 8/8/08

we were in a bridal party together.

We dated for a year in high school, kept in touch a bit in college, then started talking over email 2 years ago. Then he called me one night and we talked from 10pm-6am. We have been together ever since.

We were introduced in September '06 by a mutal friend (Kaitlin B.).
(background info)He had spotted me on Kaitlin's Myspace webpage during the summer of '06 and asked Kaitlin to introduce us. She made excuses and never gave him my number or told me about him. All I knew was that she liked him in the Winter of '05. When he finally set up a chance to meet me after class one Thursday night, I thought he was there for her! After a few weeks of meeting at Fridays and Applebees with Kaitlin, she finally told me he liked me! I thought she was hurt by that but she reassured me that she is 'over him' so I agreed to go on a date with him (alone).
Our first alone time was in a Friendly's after a movie (with friends). We both ordered the same thing, a Reeses pieces sunday! After dessert he asked me what my schedule was so we could get together again. He was very sweet :)
We still enjoy movies and icecream...
This story just goes to show you 'where there's a will there's a way!

We went to elementary school together from K-8th grade. Then we went to the same H.S., and now we go to the same university! We weren't really close friends up until 9the grade, but we were in the same class (small private school) our whole school career! We started dating right before 10th grade, and have been together ever since! Who would have thought!
