QOTD 9/10

Is there anyone in FH's family or close circle of friends that you cannot stand?

I absolutely can't stand my FMIL. She's a mental case... I'm just glad everyone in the family knows that. She's tried to sabotage our relationship numerous times from a distance so the blame couldn't come back to her, but we know she was behind it.

umm yea...There is one person I cant stand and its pretty much the obvious choice...She was telling FH for a while now that 'are you sure you want to be with her...she may try to kill herself...' are you kidding me!??!?!?!?!?! The best is 'does she hate me? why does she hate me?' Maybe bc you dont listen to what I have to say, maybe its my wedding not yours, maybe bc you lied to me, maybe bc i just have nothing to say....

FSIL and her husband at times, they say lots of unneccessary comments towards me and FH especially in front of his parents

(but since her baby shower, she's been nice to me-lets see how long it lasts)

FH's 14 year old brother. It's not that I can't stand him, he's just very overwhelming. He has a lot of problems emotionally and I don't feel safe around him. There's a lot to the story. At this point, I do not know if FH will even have him at the wedding.

Not feeling safe around people in FH's family is scary... my FMIL made a threat to FSIL that she was contemplating injection FH with her insulin in his sleep so he'd know what it's like to be in her shoes being a diabetic. Since then he sleeps with his door locked and I don't stay over anymore. Nice mom right?

Wow that's intense. To live under the same roof........FBIL lives in CT. Can't imagine. I'm sorry.

me too!!

when we first start dating i didnt like very many, but now i can tolerate a lot of them. But there is one very good friend that i can not stand, he is bad news. FH knows i cant stand him,but they have been friends FOREVER so i just put up with him. Good thing they dont see each other all that much

WELL AS OF RIGHT NOW THERE IS NO ONE .. i get along with them they all love me... but planning a wedding brings out the worst so we shall see lol

My FMIL is fine when we talk about wedding plans in front of her.. but behind our backs she complains to everyone that we aren't following tradition and she doesn't like the colors, she doesn't like the fact we are doing it labor day weekend.... she complains that we don't consult the family on the reception halls we've looked at.

FMIL says some things about the way we are planning the wedding, which kind of pisses me off. It was more at the beginning of the planning. She still doesn't like our reception hall. Otherwise, I get along with the rest of his family and friends
