Hello Chicks

First off, J, i love youuuu your my online BFF that ive never actually met and i adore youuu

Well, since this morning started off on a bad note, I'm hoping that we can have a happy and cheery rest of the week since i love you all soooo

So, heres my first question of the week, if it was already asked, oops, answer it again haha

I know many of us already have our dress. But how did you know that your dress was actually, THE DRESS, what made this different then the other dresses you already tried on?

When I tried on dresses, 'my' dress was the 3rd dress i tried on, I have to tell you, there were no tears, but i was just in shock, i just sat and stared in the mirror, couldnt take it off, i could have went home with it and got in the train with it on if they would have let me I felt like i did when i knew FH was the one

i was one of those girls that never had an 'a-ha!' moment. i liked my dress. i thought it was pretty and i'm going to enjoy wearing it.
but i never had that its the one moment. i feel like i'm missing out somehow.
the same thing happened to me when i had to pick out my wedding dress for my first engagement.

you should have grabbed it and ran home w it and worn it on the train. Think of the looks you would have gotten.

Yeah I haven't gone yet, but I'm hoping I'll know when I put it on :)

I totally had the moment. I tried on at least 20 dresses before I tried mine on. My consultant pulled my dress right when I first got there, but I didn't want to put it on because it might be 'too much.' Well, after disappointment after disappointment, I finally put her pick on. It was the one! I didn't want to take it off. Every time I look at pictures now I know I made 100% the right choice.

ETA: I knew it was the one because I literally felt it was made for me. My bridesmaids all keep saying they can't believe I found a dress that is so 'me.' It was everything I was looking for and more!

I thought I had found 'the one' but sadly i am on the search again..going back to Kleinfelds this sunday with my mom and hopefully my dad (i value his opinion so much...but he says he may be to emotional to go). Crossing my fingers this will be it!!

my dress was actually the first one i tried on. i LOVED the way i felt in it, but thought i was getting those crazy feelings because it was the first dress i tried on. 3 trips and 20+ dresses later, nothing could compare to the first dress. the last time i put it on, i finally admitted that it was my dress and i was ready to stop shopping.

the only one who cried was mama dukes, and i think it was just because it was the first dress she saw me in. i almost cried, but didn't want to look like such a sap haha

hmmm, i don't think i really had 'the one' feeling. I just tried them on, saw ones that i thought didn't flatter my body and went onto the next one. I guess when I saw the dresses that i now i have, i just liked the way it looked on me and was satisfied with it - now to just get them altered!!!!

I didn't even want to try on my dress. My mom saw the girl in the next room with it on and she BEGGED me to try it on. I felt awkward because clearly this girl next to me had it on first. Turns out...she HATED it Anyway...I put it on and I saw the look in my moms eyes and I just knew it. I fall in love with it a little more each day.

I tried on A LOT OF dresses and yes, I loved some of them but never actually thought it was the 'one'. I saw my dress online and feel in love instantly because it had every detail I was looking for in a dress. I was so happy when I was able to locate the sample in a store and the second I saw it in person, I knew it was it. Putting it on and seeing it on me just confirmed it! I walked out of the room and I saw my mom and grandma's reactions and knew it was perfect! i really did not want to take it off and I can't for it to come in so I can put it on again!!!

it was the 2nd dress i tried on and...

1. it was MADE for me. it had to be.

2. my mom and my sister both cried and i could tell my dad really loved it too.

3. i didn't want to take it off - but i did to try on like 5 more to make sure it was it and no other even compared.

I tried on a bunch of dresses and i loved some and liked some. Others I hated and practically ripped off lol... When I found mine I came out looked in the mirror and I couldnt stop staring at it! My mom and Best friend (LaBellaVita) were both crying! I didnt wanna take it off!! I triied on dresses after it and none compared. so I knew it was it!

I guess I really don't know how I thought it was the one. It was the 5th or 6th dress I tried. I tried on another dress after it just to cinfrim that this was the one. I just imaginied how I would look the day of the wedding with my girls and in my RH hall and it all just fit.
