*QOTD 9/28***

First off thank you Marina....I am super excited. I will make you proud. You did an amazing job and hope to follow in your footsteps.

Okay ladies here's my first question. This saturday FH and I celebrate our one year mark of our engagement so I have engagements on the brain. So here we go:

QUESTION: If money was not an issue and tradition called for the lady to propose to the guy...how would you propose to FH??****

My FH is obsessed with Star Trek...super nerdy but I love it. Had I had to propose I would have flown us to Vegas where they have the 'Star Trek' experience and I would have somehow figured something out with the 'cast' such that I could have proposed during the whole event. Massive cheese ball! :) He would have def been in tears!!!!!

i whisk FH off to Aruba on a private jet....his favorite place ever.....and where we 'fell in love'

we'd stay at our same resort (even though I'm loaded now) just because all our memories are there...

and throughout the week of events, i'd replay the NIGHT that i remember us falling in love, I'd tke him to his favorite Steak restaurant downtown...go down to the shore of the beach under the moon, start dancing w/him in the water like we did last time...then RUSH him off to a 'show' we have to make in the resort...

well, it would be my Famous Karaoke show, that i love to make a fool of myself at....and this time, I'd sing a love song to him, something funny though probably (last time it was 'like a virgin'), and I'd end, while still controlling the microphone, by proposing to him in front of all our new friends at the resort!!!

Then the next morning we'd go play a round of celebratory golf!!!

FH would love that proposal!

Congrats on BOTW!!!

If money were no object, I’d fly us to Tahiti (FH has always wanted to go there) and propose to him on the beach watching the sunset.

If money was no object...hmm...I'd get onstage at an Eric Clapton concert and propose, then have him solo with Slowhand himself.

If money were no object I'd propose to him at a Giants game (he is obsessed with football) and then have us whisked off to Mexico for as long as we wanna be there!

I'd probably take FH to some massive UFC or boxing match since he's obsessed with them. Or if I could go back in time, I'd propose to him right after the Giants won the superbowl. Romantic, I know.

I would make it really special.
I would take FH to a knicks game. He loves loves basketball I think more then me lol and the knicks is his favorite team. I dont know why they suck. Anyways, then during half time I would take him to meet the team (He would cry ) and then after meeting the guys I would pop the question he wont see it coming.

I would do something similar since he is so obsesses with UFC but then do something romantic afterwards.

I would have proposed while we were in Italy!!! There were so many romantic places to do it!! I have no idea why he didn't ask there!!

I would take a private jet all around the world to places that are special to him/us.

Portugal in the town where his Dad is from
Ireland, where his Mother's family is from
Italy where my family is from.

Then I would fly us to the carribean where we took our first vacation, I would then bring him back home and take him to the restaurant we had our first date. Finally I'd bring him to his mother's favorite place (I would have to find out where this was first) and propose to him there. Matt was incredibly close to her. She passed away many years ago. It would mean the world to him.

interesting question
he love the water, so I guess maybe charter a boat ride in the evening around the city and ask him to come out to the deck and do it right there

in reality I half proposed - I decide we are going out for VD and I booked the restaurant and pretty much organized the evening, all he did was mumble something while holding the ring

Maybe I would get him a luxury car for his birthday and tie the ring on the keychain of the new key...lol he probably wouldn't even notice the ring at that point

I would bring him to Paris and propose there. He has never been on a plane or traveled anywhere besides the east coast and Canada, yet he has ALWAYS wanted to go to Paris. Besides our honeymoon, he says it's the only time he'd want to willingly go on a plane. lol.
