if you went back to the begining and met FH and he was a polygamist, would you still be marrying him, knowing that eventually there would be another wife, or even 2 or 3 other wives.
girls, i have to tell you, i wouldnt be able to share FH with anyone--- to watch this man go from bed to bed in one house--- i couldnt make itt

hell no. I read 'the Ninth wife' and I could not do what these women do. I don't even think I can consider it love if they are obtaining as many wives as possible to enter heaven (this is in the book, not sure of the show). The younger wives get more attention and time - I would go crazy with jealousy.
Besides, I don't think it's fair to my children either.
Whatever works for others is their business but just the fact that FH wouldn't look at me as his one and only is a HUUUUUGE turn off and deal breaker.

Good question Amanda...I DVR'd the show on Sunday and I think I've watched it 4 times trying to understand why people do this.
I know it's a lifestyle, and the majority of the women on the show grew up in poligamist families....I just could never do it. Never, never, never.
Personally...I'm curious why there aren't women in this culture who have 87346576345643 husbands as well. Seems only fair to me haha

but getting back to the point... i think i would kill FH if he decided to become a polygamist. i would never be able to deal with it and if it was something i already knew about before we started dating or soon after we started dating i would have broken things off right away i don't like sharing
