So I love love love my wedding gown. But imagine money were no object. What gown would you get?

I would probably get this McQueen:

or a Haute Couture Chanel. I love fashion! I just can't afford it.

I loved Kate Moss' dress

and Dior in general, but John Galliano is an anti-Semitic jerk!

I'm not a huge fashion person. I went into my dress shopping with a budget and found one I absolutely loved that cost half as much! So I would say I have my dream dress, despite a budget! It's the Maggie Sottero Jenna. Love love love

I was never a girl to pour over magazines looking at things I cant afford. I hate browsing shops that I cant afford, and so, I dont have an answer for you. Is that a good answer?

This Lazaro was my dream dress.... being it is about 5K it was way out of my budget! I really do love it though...sigh

ooooo good question

me and my friends just were talking about the crazy over priced dresses, and honestly i dont see why they are so crazy expensive. i've falling in love with a few Maggies that i cant wait to try on, and usually end up making fun of the $20,000 dresses. maybe its my mind set tho

or maybe i'll change my mind after dress shopping this weekend and seeing whats out there..

See the weird thing is I'm not much for actually shopping or even window shopping, I only like looking at the ridiculously priced things in Vogue!

i really love the dress i purchased, but in my internet research prior to trying anything on i really liked a lot of the Christos bridal gowns, particularly a sweetheart strapless swiss dot one. as much as i love fashion, i was pretty practical about my dress budget and Christos did not fit in.

Hmmm...I really don't know. I don't have my dress yet...not sure if my two top choices are dream dress material. BUT, if I had to splurge...probably Amsale. Her dresses are Gorg!

I was in love with a lazaro gown that was out of my budget. Then my grandmother spotted a similar dress by Maggie sottero. When I tried it on I loved it 10X more than the lazaro! and it was 1/4 the price.

Great question!!!

I was convinced, before I even got engaged, that this was my dream dress and even though it's Vera Wang I could get a deal since I would be shopping for it a few seasons late. LOL! I still drool everytime I watch Bride Wars!

And this one, (also Vera Wang, which is weird because I don't like a lot of her dresses, too fashion forward for me!) my mouth just dropped when I saw it. It's on the cover of Martha Stewart Weddings for Fall. So gorgeous!!! If I somehow find an extra 10k before April, guess who's wearing this??

PS the model above wearing the vera wang does NOT do that dress justice!! The cover pic is better but I couldn't find a good one online. *I* could rock that dress better than her!! haha
