I may add at least a half Viennesse Table... bc Full comes on too expensive for me =-( But maybe i can get a couple of little desserts...

Full Vienese Hour, Mashed Potato Bar at CH and an Exit Station so when everyone leaves they will get hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies

We didn't do any. I feel like there is always a ton of food and its just a waste. Vienesse hour IMO would be a waste since I know my friends and family and how they drink. I dont even think they would know what to do with pastries and cakes at that hour LOL

Viennese includes all the crazy dessert upgrades you can think of
Upgraded linen package, upgraded cake,
Russo's in pretty good because what would be upgrades at another place is included in their price... and then other upgrades are packaged together... so if you add elements of style, you get some lighting, linens, specialty personalized dessert, signature drink, napkin changes, wait staff changes into dinner coats... so much stuff!

Full Viennese (and that includes basically EVERYTHING, chocolate fountain.. the works) Customized Dais and Cake Table Linens, Chair Cover w/ a damask bow to match table cloth, napkin changes, staff changes into white dinner jackets before dinner, monogrammed cake plates, specialty ligthing, signature drink

we got them to throw it in but here are our enhancements:
VH, extra hour, martini luge, suckling pig and snapper for CH, seafood bar. i think there's more but i forget sometimes. it was so long ago!

our RH includes a mini Viennese, so we didn't add that. But we got a chocolate fountain, cordial and espresso bar, sushi station, and filet upgrade. I think thats it.

No upgrades. We were going to do an ice sculpture, but thought to use the money wisely somewhere else. Oh we are doing a different version of a photobooth. My brother and his gf, who is are pro photographers are setting up a camera for guests to take their own pics, a dry erase board, and setting up an online guestbook for us. They did it a few times at other weddings, and it looks great.

Honestly, I didn't really need to upgrade anything.
The Vinnese hour was included, as was a frozen drink station, a wine and cheese pairing station, mashed potato bar, and sushi station.
I was pretty happy with the selection offered.
