What other blogs or forums do you use for inspiration?
I use pinterest, etsy, and wedding wire. I don't want to sound snobby but reading wedding wire daily I say thank God my parents raised me with class. NY weddings and customs are totally different than alot of the country. Hearing these ladies, I'm thinking are you going to a B-day party or a wedding. (Sorry for my off the topic rant)

Really just LIW and Pinterest. I've used wedding wire for reviews on vendors but that's about it. Maybe I'll start checking it out more and get myself ****** into something else!

I agree with your post about Wedding Wire. It really is crazy to see how diffrent NY/LI weddings are from the rest of the country!

I definitely check LIW all the time. I like how kind and supportive all the ladies are.
I don't think The Knot has enough information so I rarely go on. The Wedding Bee is good for DIY instructions but the ladies on there are nasty.
I joined Pinterest late and didn't get into it as much as I thought. I still prefer to google images and you get the same photos as on Pinterest.
I also like to look at other photographers FB pages.

I'm pretty sure I wrote s*cked into something else, I didn't think that was so bad it would get starred out haha! Just didn't want everyone to think I was saying something really bad!

I used to use Pinterest but I wanted to do so many things that I pinned so I had to stop. I did get a lot of my inspiration from there though. I also use wedding bee because I follow a board that shares ideas and inspiration about my dress. And of course LIW

I started out on the knot but TBH I found the brides on there to be shall we say...a little judgey for me. (I think you guys can guess the word I really want to use lol.)Like anytime I would post a question or something the answer would be 'google it.' It just made me irrationally angry lol. Don't you think I already tried google and I'm asking here to get other bride's opinions???

Good question! I use LIW the most by far, and occasionally Pinterest. Sometimes I read wedding bee on my way home from work, but mostly because it's so interesting to hear about non-NY weddings. I don't post there though, only here.
Oh, and I hate the knot. Like can't convey how much I hate it. It's useless and I don't now if you've ever read the LI posts, but it's women who have been married for years who are outright nasty to current brides. Your wedding is over, find a new hobby!
