What is your first dance song and why?
Mine is tentatively 'More then anyone by gavin degraw'
That was the song that was on my myspace profile 3 years ago (almost to the day) when i met FH. About 2 weeks ago he said, 'everytime i still hear it i get chills cuz it makes me think of you'

Ours is 'After All' by Cher and Peter Cetera.
To keep a long story short- we were best friends for a few years before we dated, but we always had feelings for each other the entire time even though I was dating his friend for over 2 years. Sounds messed up but there's a lot more to it. Either way, we always considered the song to be ours because of the lyrics and the hell we went through to be together.

We originally picked Queen's Best Friend b/c the words are exactly us, however, his mom wanted that song as well and said the reason they didn't pick it was because you can't really dance to it. We figured she's pretty much correct so we changed it to Paradise by Styx. We picked this one b/c when we were in the car driving home one day we both started singing it and again, the words compliment exactly what we always say about each other.
Who knows we may change it again, but until then... this is our song

The song pretty much describes us, the lyrics i feel just describe how we are and just is perfect for us

True Companion by Mark Cohn. FH and I had NO IDEA what song to use...an, I heard this song randomly one day and as soon as I heard it I started crying - we absolutely LOVE the song....the words and music are perfect...
