What do u do for a living???? What do you love about your job and what do you hate about ur job???

I'm an Account Executive at Travel PR Company in the City. I love that I work with amazing hotel, but i'm not too happy at my job right now. I'll prob. be looking for something else after the summer.

I’m a cardiovascular ultrasound tech.

I must say 99.9% of the time I loooove my job, I work for a “mobile company” I travel to different offices all over LI with my machine, doing ultrasounds on patients.

Love- its not routine. I go to a different office everyday. my hours are never the same. I meet so many new people. Every patient is different so. I get a challenge everytime a patient walks into the room. It keeps me on my toes. I make great money and I never work a 40 hour week (and yes i'm considered fulltime and get a set full time salary) But what I love most of all Is that I save people lives.

Hate- I have to get an oil change every month and a half and sometimes the patients have really bad hygiene.

I'm a Financial Assistant at at IT staffing firm in Bala Cynwyd, PA. I recently relocated to our PA office from our midtown office and I love it here! The company I work for is fairly flexible, the work is stable and financially rewarding, but it's a boring field and industry and not one that I ever imagined being in. I'm also in school working on my pre reqs for my accelerated BSN degree and I can't wait to be a Nurse when that's all done!

I'm trying to find a job teaching in a private school....this is driving me nuts but what I love about teaching......

I love just being in front of kids and seeing them learn makes me smile....

I work for MetLife as an Operations Manager specializing in Compliance and Operations. It;s a great job and what I love about it is the people. What I HATE is that sometimes, the Agent's drive me insane and I want to smack them upside their heads!

I work in the Business and Legal Dept at MTV Networks.

LOVE: I've always loved Law and have worked and studied law for as long as i can remember. MTV who doesnt love it?? I have FINALLY found my dream job!

HATE: Honestly this place is great, lol i cannot possibly complain! but what i do hate is that bcuz i work here people automatically assume i meet celebrities all day and that i get to go to every MTV event EVER or that I can get them into TRL or the New Year's Eve party. lol

I'm a graphic designer.
What I love about my job is I can be creative and it really doesn't feel like a job. I love how each day it's something new and fun to create. I also love how it's a type of job that I can work from home so I can raise my kids.
What I hate about it, is sometimes you have to be limited to your creativeness based on your client.

I am attorney and love it. I love my daily interactions with clients, judges adn other attorneys but what i can;t stand sometimes is office politics and the petty stuff with my secretaries.

Currently I run an Internship/Mentoring Program at Beth Israel Medical Center. I really love it because I work with high school students and they are a lot of fun. I don't like working with my boss, though. She's a really great and wonderful person, I just don't think she's the best boss. It can get very frustrating at times.

I think I may be leaving over the summer, though, because I live in the burbs and drive into the city every day and I can't handle the commute for much longer. FH and I are trying to figure out where to live, so I'll probably find a hospital and do psychology related stuff (counseling or research) since I'll have my masters.

I'm a middle school language arts teacher and I teach 7th and 8th grade. I mostly love the kids but hate a lot of parents!

I can't think of any reason why I love my job. That's why I'm continuing my education.

I work in TV Sales for the #1 Spanish Broadcaster in NYC.
It's a lot of work, everyday is a different day. I can work over 40 hrs a week for sure. I make great money, but I hate then I can never say no. I feel people take advanatge or expect things from me, when they should do their own work.

im a secretary for my fathers construction company...i also have my own waitressing company on the side...i love the ppl that i work with and meet and i hate the filing lol

I do Pre Employment Screenings for a major department store. I check applicant credit reports and do Criminal Background Checks.I like it because it's not too difficult and I know at 5:30 I can go home and not worry about something coming up and having to stay later then planned. (This is what happened at my old job. )

What I don't like is that it is pretty redundant and can get boring. But I use it to my advantage and go on LIW on my free time!

I'm a legal secretary. I started out as a temp so I could have flexibility while I went to law school and got assigned working for my current boss while he was working on a trial.

I hated law school, but loved my boss, so I dropped out and accepted a FT job working for him. It's been a fun ride because I've seen him go from hard working associate to corner office partner.

I love that i work in a really pleasant office with great people.

I hate that I have to commute into the city for it though,

I'm a high school English teacher (and a graduate Education professor). I love working with students who are amazing, talented, and hard working. I love when a student works really hard and you are able to be the one to reward them for their efforts. I hate parents who do not do their job as a parent. I especially hate those parents who think that since they are not doing their job, they can do mine.
