What do u do for a living???? What do you love about your job and what do you hate about ur job???

I'm a dance instructor and I love love love love my job!

The only thing I don't like is when the kids are absent!

I am a Marketing Director for an engineering firm in the city.

I work in the prime brokerage dept at cantor fitzgerald. What I like about it is the people I work with are great. My dislikes would be that it can be boring sometimes, and I don't really like working in the city anymore. I think I would like to try to find a job on LI next year. We'll see...

I'm a full time student. I enjoy learning and working toward the goal of getting my doctorate and I feel that I help people in my practicum work. What I don't enjoy is not getting paid!

Right now I am unemployed. So I love being home with my dog but hate not working and having no money.

I am an English teacher. Right now, I teach 7th grade and 10th grade Honors. I have a leave replacement position for now.

Love: I love being the one to open up students' eyes to new things. I love reading literature about all different kinds of people, places, and experiences with my students and being able to discuss it with them. You wouldn't believe the amazing insights kids can surprise you with.

Hate: I work at home and on the weekends all the time. I am always planning lessons and grading papers. This may be because I am a new teacher and it may also be because I teach English and there is a lot of reading and writing to do to and to grade.

P.S. I also work part-time at a hospital. I need two jobs right now!

I have been a HS Math teacher for 4 years now and this year I am one of the deans. At night I handle the independent studies program for YABC. I love the people I work with. I feel that I am so closer to my colleagues than I am w. some of my friends. In fact, its going to be so hard cutting down the invite list for the wedding! LOL. What do I hate? The no child left behind nonsense.

english teacher

i couldn't imagine doing anything else. i love being around kids talking about great books all the time.

i hate the constant guilt over ungraded papers and interference in my personal life.

i'm a clerk for the federal government. i love the benefits, hours, and management. i thing i dislike the most is that the work is kind of boring.

I am a speech pathologist and I work with children from birth to age 5. I love, love, love my job because I get to play all day long. Plus it is so rewarding when a child is able to communicate because I taught them how to!!!

I just switched from early childhood education to law so while i'm taking paralegal classes, I work in a law firm and do pretty much everything...

I am the receptionist, main client contact person, and basically a back-up for nearly all employees whenever they call out sick. Except if I call out sick, no one backs me up

I love that I get to interact with adults (although I do miss my babies!) I also really like the people I work for. The attorneys are so nice. I also love that I'm getting more responsibility as I learn more.

What I hate is the fact that my workload as well as my responsibilities have increased dramatically over the past 2 months yet my paycheck is still peanuts. I hate b1tchy clients who give me crap if I need information from them... hello! if you want to get paid then we need information!!

I'm a Registrar at Stony Brook University Hospital.

I can't think of any reason why I love my job. That's why I'm continuing my education.

I worked for the Registrars office at Stony Brook University when I went to school there

I am a 9th and 10th grade Global history teacher..... Everyday is different. I love and hate different aspects of the job like any job! Some days are harder then others

I love the I get to work on the best wedding site on the web. I hate that my responsibilities change everyday and I am always having more worked dumped on me.
