He proposed at a restaurant in the city on V-day. He got down on one knee and everything.

1) My FH proposed to my on a pier in Puerto Rico . It was soo beautiful. stars were out, waves crashing and then he gets down on one knee! it was more than i ever expected! 2) I grew up in Port Jeff. Station
