*First, thank you so much to my date AND church twin MNM0805 for choosing me as bride of the week even though I am a newcomer on here!!*
QUESTION is: At what moment did you know that your FH was the ONE???
A little bit of background on myself: I have a 9 year old daughter from a pervious relationship.... so needless to say anyone who I dated knew a) I was looking for something that was going to lead to marriage b) We were a package deal.... A LOT to ask for and I am a person who REFUSES to settle... We all deserve to have the best!
Anyway... I KNEW FH was the one for me when he told me that he loves my daughter as if she were his own and couldn't imagine his life without the both of us... <3 In fact he swears if I didn't have her we wouldn't be together because 'everything happens for a reason'

The first time DH and I ever had one of those 'full disclosure' convos with one another and neither one of us judged the other and it didn't escalate into a fight or anything like that. It showed me that I was able to tell this person anything without fear that he will make fun, judge, or take offense to anything I told him. I went into this relationship with DH with one rule that I never followed before in past relationships: Brutal Honesty.

Re: QOTD: May 23,2011
i knew FH was the one on my 25th birthday. we had been dating about 7 months and i already knew that I loved him but it was that day that i knew I was meant to spend the rest of my life with this man. A little background that day will forever go down in history as the worst birthday of my life. i was laid off that morning and when i went to leave the office my car had been towed. i basicallty emptied my checking account at the impound lot trying to get my car back and when i got home i just lost it and broke down, like a crumble to the fall and sob kind of break down. he was there to literally and figuratively pick me off the ground and tell me it would all be ok. he gave me strength when I lost mine. i knew then that he was definitely the one. and needless to say my life only got better from that moment on, leaving that job was the best thing to ever happen to my career, it brought me and FH closer and a year later on my birthday FH took me to vegas and proposed. In a years time I went from my lowest moment to my happiest and it definitely had alot to do with him being the amazing man he is.

I was pretty jaded about guys in general when we started dating, so I really tried not to let myself fall too hard for him. But three months after we started dating, he told me he was going to marry me one day, and that's when I totally let my guard down and knew he was the one

Well FH and I dated for 2 1/2 years and talked about getting married. Things happened and I broke up with him. We went about 2 1/2 years before we started hanging out again. In between that time apart, I dated someone else. In the back of my mind, I thought about FH. I think a part of me knew we were going to get married some day, but I knew we needed that time apart. When we got back together, we were dating for about less than a year and a half when FH asked me to marry him.
That time apart helped us grow up a bit and definitely made us realize we want to be together. So I am a firm believer in 'If you love something, set it free. If it comes back then it was meant to be!'

I knew on our first date, we immediately clicked. The first time he kissed me was on my forehead while we were at a movie. On our second date he told me he was falling in love with me and loved me just as I am. Even though I felt the same way I was freaked out by this at first b/c it was all happening so quickly. Now we are getting married six years to the day of our first date!

When we went to Peru...we had already even talked about marriage, but I had a really rough time with the altitude and he carried my pack for the second half of Inca Trail day 2, and got up every hour with me through the night to test my bloodsugar and gave me all his water because I was just so dehydrated and kind of helpless.
He was just so amazing with me when I was at my weakest
