It was flowers for my birthday......we weren't 'officially' dating yet. But he called two of my good friends to find out what kind of flower was my favorite.
At the time I was still a live in nanny, so he snuck to the house i was living/working in and left the flowers at the door, he had to be sneaking becuase he knew the family I was working for didn't know that I was even talking to a guy, so he was scared they thought he was tresspassing......It made my day :)

The first gift FH gave to me was a brand new iPod our first Christmas together. It was to replace the iPod I had lost on an airplane and I was so impressed that he got me another one and had it engraved with my nickname.

The most memorable gift FH has given me would have to the gifts from this past Christmas. I love FH dearly, but he has not always been the best gift giver, and granted he's not always had the best jobs either. But this Christmas was amazing! Every gift was wonderful, and I know he was trying so hard to make up some of the 'special' things he had bought for me before. He put so much thought and effort into each gift and it just keeps getting better

My first gift from FH was a stuffed animal Mickey he got me when we were in 10th grade.
Most memorable gift was my promise ring. FH gave it to me after we graduated HS, before he left for college. He called it keeping my finger warm for the engagement ring.

The first gift I got from FH was a necklace. He surprised me with it for our 6 month anniversary.

I met FH about ten days before my birthday, and he got me small diamond studs to wear in the second holes in my ears. Unfortunately I lost them somewhere in his old apartment that year

That Christmas (2 months later) he got me a diamond pendant. I made sure not to lose it and still wear it quite a bit.

Oops.. forgot to answer the second part of that question. He's gotten me several pieces of jewelry since then and I love them all (esp the e-ring ).. also love the Nook color he got me last year for Christmas.

When we were first dating FH lived on long beach. We use to get up early and walk on the beach before it got crowded with people and I use to complain that I loved the beach but the sand ruined my pedicure.
I went to FL to visit some family for a few days and when I got back to NY FH was waiting outside my door with a pedicure kit.
I though it was so cute and I still do.

FH is in the Navy and the first gift he gave me was a cross that had an anchor in the back.

The first gift that FH gave me was a necklace that he made for me while he was away in Vermont and I was away in Greece. The first big gift that FH gave me was for my birthday. He bought me a gift certificate to Maximus Salon and Spa. It was a very generous gift especially since we were only dating for 2 months.

We started dating at the end of November and for Valentines Day he had booked a 3-night cruise out of FL. He had to let me know a month before hand bc I didn't have a passport but I remember I couldn't believe it! Great break away from the cold.

The first actual gift was a pair of Ranger tickets after knowing each other for about 2 weeks and my most treasured so far has been my engagement ring!!! Love Love Loveeee It!!!!!!!! But since I can't choose that I would have to say probably my pearl earrings I really love them but he also bought me a new Michael Kors down coat last year and it is sooo comfy!! Its like walking around in a comforter I absolutely love it!!!

He went a little crazy for our first x-mas and got me –

A Ring with little diamonds (to replace one I lost)

My first Ipod

And a LV bag

The most meaningful gifts would have to be after we got engaged he sent flowers to my office with a card that said “To My Fiance, I love you so much and look forward to spending my life with you. I liked so I put a ring on it wuhuh oh uh oh uh oh uh uh”……… I would always sing that song to him before we got engaged!

He also gave me the movie Casablanca b/c my mother said whoever I watch it with I will Marry!

Morning Ladies!!! Finally the heat wave has died down to a reasonable temperature. I want to thank Judy again for picking me as the next BOTW.

Now I know we all feel sluggish on Monday, but let's get those gears grinding!

Can you remember the first gift FH ever gave you? If not then what is the most treasured gift he has given you beside the lovely e-ring on your finger?

FH had gone to Egypt for a month right in the beginning of when we started dating. It was killer for me since everything was so fresh and all I wanted to do was spend time with him. When he came back he gave me a ring. FH told me it was my promise ring. The stones form the shape of a flower and in the middle the stone is purple (my fave color). It's cubic zirconia, but I love it just the same and still wear it to this day.

First gift FH gave me was a handmade wallet from El Salvador. FH and I met through a mutual friend on FB and we talked a bit on the phone right before his trip to El Salvador to go see his family out there.
When FH came back (we texted while he was out there) he gave me a souvenir. I haven't used it cause I don't want it to get ruined.
I thought that was sooo sweet of him to bring me something back even though I wasn't his girlfriend!

The best gift FH gave me was a drawing he made himself. It was two hands together with a cross in the middle and roses going around it. It also has our names on it. At the bottom he wrote a nice poem that talked about the love he had for me and how our love was unique. I framed it and I have it hanging in our room.

The first gift was a heart pendant with diamonds for Christmas and my Birthday.

My most treasured gift is the floppy eared stuff bunny rabbit that he sent me this Christmas :)
