Re: QOTD New years Day

Happy New year!! and congratulations again to Sandy.. our first bride of the year!!!!!!

I have a lot of resolutions this year and i am really hoping i can stick to them.

First and foremost i AM GOING TO QUIT SMOKING!!!! Fh and i have decided that it is the best thing for us not only will we save about 150 dollars a week but we will feel so much better physically if we do... Emotionally it has already been a roller coaster ( we have severely cut down since FFIL had his hart attack) and it seems like the littlest things drive me crazy, but i know its for the best adn i will finally stop!!!!

second i am going to lose 30 pounds by the wedding... I have a little less than 6 months so i figure that will give me enough time to lose the weight in a healty manner rather than a crash diet at the end... Unfortunatly i am a little nervous that if i do lose all that weight, my dress wont fit the way it should and i will have to order another one right before the big day...

Those are my 2 biggest resolutions that i want to stricktly adhere too... Lets see how long they both last :)

HAPPY NEW YEAR again ladies!!! ITS FINALLY OUR YEAR!!!!!

Mine is to not to make any BS resolutions that will be gone in a month.

My goal is to live my best life; be kind to those around me, improve my health, not sweat the small stuff and make the most of each day with the people I love the most.

1) eat healthier and lose weight

2) be kinder to strangers, and lend a hand when needed. I want to start earning more karma points lol

3) be a better fiancee (wife in 118 days ), daughter, and friend to my loved ones.

I don't really want to make any 'resolutions' because I feel they are never kept up.

But, I will say that I am going to continue on my weight loss with WW and get myself back into my workout routine. I haven't been to the gym in a while and I really need to get back - I just feel so much better after a good workout.

My new years resolutions:

-Stop cursing so much (with a baby on the way I need to watch my potty mouth)

-Find a place to live. (my mom's basement just isn't going to cut it when the baby comes)

-Don't get so stressed out over little things.

I don't really make resolutions per se, but I definitely have a goal of getting in shape and getting healthier.
