Are you having guests throw or wave anything after your ceremony? Bubbles, birdseed, wands, etc......

i kind of want to do sparklers after we leave the church since it'll be a lil dark already
I guess I have to check with the church to see what's allowed, but if that doesn't work, then maybe petals

We are only allowed bubbles, butterflies, or bird seed.

I know someone who did butterflies and like half of them were dead in the cages and when released they were like falling to the ground. I don't know why that was happening but it wasn't a lovely sight.

We are gonna do pink rose petals. (Love them!) In fact, if any of the RH's that we visited didn't allow them to be thrown, they were automatically crossed off the list. lol!

You're supposed to freeze them before hand. That is probably why. I have heard a lot dont fly out right away either. I feel bad freezing.

Our church does not allow anything to be thrown outside so were are doing streamers (the ones that stay attached) for easy clean-up

We will probably do bubbles or flower petals too. I don't like the idea of the butterflies. Sounds great in concept, but feels like insect cruelty.

I want to do flower petals but I have to see if my church will allow it. If not, maybe bubbles or balloons...

I would like bubbles, but I heard they can stain or discolor your dress. Has anyone heard of this?
