In the spirit of weekend fun: Some ladies might be doing the planning and some BPs might be rising to the occasion but...
What is your vision for the bachelorette party? What would you plan for yourself?

Keeping the spirits light, fun and bringing it back: I already asked how FH propsed to you… beautiful stories we have the best FH’s ever!!! Now I ask...
How did you meet FH? and/or how did you start dating?

im not really particular.....im really not into strippers that much.
I would even be into just like a spa day w/ the girls or maybe like foxwoods or something like that

How did you meet FH? and/or how did you start dating?

Well me and fh graduated hs together but i wouldnt even call us acquaintances. I was in all ap classes where he rarely even went to classes, haha

after my last engagement about 2 weeks after i saw a friend that was his friend on myspace and i just requested to be his myspace friend. From that point on we started talking and then dating. and now here we are. He always jokes around and says 'I should have presses DENY' haha

For my bachelorette party, I would like to keep it simple. I'm so not into male strippers, so I was thinking I would probably want to do an interactive dinner show (like a murder mystery, Tony and Tina's or 80's prom etc.), then go somewhere for drinks.

FH and I actually met an E harmony. I had been in a past relationship for 7 years broke up with that guy and took some time off from men. Then when I felt I was ready, I had no idea what to really do because I hadn't really ever dated (because I was in such a long term relationship and am very shy). So I gave E harmony a chance, went on several first dates with different guys, then decided the whole online dating thing was stupid and would just let it happen naturally. As I was about to close my E harmony account, I got a guided communication request from my FH, and figured what the hell, I'll talk to him and then close the account. And of course the rest is history. Had I close the account a week earlier, I would never have met him.

1. Not sure about my BP. I have been discussing it with my girls and I think we might do one of the following:

-trip to the wineries. loveee it out there. get tipsy on wine, and go out to dinner. go in limos

-have a spa day and then go out for dinner/drinks

-go out to a place like Lips or Lucky Chengs. I just dont want them to be all over me. hahah i dont like that

2. Dino and I met on Match.com I joined because I was just out of a shiitttttty relationship, and I wanted a self esteem boast. I really wasnt planning on meeting anyone. I didn't want to. He joined and wasnt expecting anything either. We started talking and both knew right away this could be something awesome.

Our first date we spent 8 hours together talking and laughing. We hit it off and have been insepartable ever since! :) One year later to the date, he proposed!

for my bachelorette party - i dont want the girls to be spending too much but if they could, i'd love to go to bahamas or bermuda

Let's see my bachelorette party is going to be something wild. I know this because I've heard my sister say some things...and she's pretty much out of her mind so. As far as what I would plan for myself. I don't know on one hand I like a good party on the other I also like a good show and some wine.

FH and I met while he was home on leave. I coach HS competitive cheerleading and I had a freshman on the team who started to tell me she had a brother about my age and he would be coming home for leave and I should really meet him. It was sort of perfect timing because I was in a relationship that was heading south for a while at that point. Well one night I was ending practice and here comes this guy wtih 3 dozen donuts. He introduced himself, said we should hang out sometime and that was the end of that. Later that night I was at a Halloween party with my then boyfriend and it was terrible. I had no one to call for a ride home and for some reason I decided to ask the girl for her brothers number, I called him and he drove out to this bar to pick me up. We spent the next like 4 hours sitting in his car talking. The next day I broke up with my boyfriend and knew something was really drawing me to this guy (FH) we spoke nonstop everyday and by the end of th week he flat out said I want to be with you for the long term. About a week after that we officially started dating and have been together every since. After a few months of dating he also filled me in that the reason why he brought the donuts that night is because the night before he had looked in and saw me and needed an 'in' to be able to talk to me so he figured if he brought the girls donuts it would be a perfect oppurtunity.

BP- want to do a cruise to nowhere, this is my kind of thing, as I'm not into the whole stripper thing.

I met FH in a NY chatroom and wouldn't give him the time of day because I though he was too young.

What is your vision for the bachelorette party? What would you plan for yourself?
I Hate strippers!!!!!! So NO STRIPPERS!!!!!!!! I just want to hang out wiht my Girls.. Drink... Go out and do something... BUT nothing that relates to those Nasty Men... So far I have not made any plans yet... but We will see in the future where to go!




How did you meet FH? and/or how did you start dating?
I met him on Oct 2008... On the Computer... We were both watching a Soccer game online =) and we started talking... We became E-friends... Then.. we met for the Very first time in the Empire State Building 12/28/2008... (he was from NJ and i am from NY)... and everything became Great ever since.... Thank God we were at the same time watching a Soccer Game Online... ON Feb 07 2009 While we were together in NJ he got closer to my ear and whisper 'Quieres Ser mi novia?' {Do you want to be my girlfriend?} and I have been Happily Taken Ever Since!.. We got engaged on 01/25/2010!!!!.

For my bachelorette party I want to spend a weekend in Fire Island over the summer before my wedding!! I'm soo excited about this bc I love it there. One of my other friends had her bachelorette party there and I was unable to make it but i heard it was alot of fun!! My uncle lives in Kismet so I figure he would let me stay at one of his places that he rents out and we can all go over to Ocean Beach and go bar hopping. i think it will be so much fun hanging out with the girls at the beach during the day and bbq' ing and then drinking the night away!!! no strippers for me they are cheesy and usually really gross!!!


We actually went to HS together but never really talked much. We met out at the Crazy Donkey bc i went out for a friends bday and he came along with one of my guy friends. I just got out of a long relationship myself about a month prior so i had it with guys at that point. We really hit it off and had so much fun togehter. We took things slow and started dating three months later!!! Moved in about a year and a half of dating and engaged 5 years later!!!

What is your vision for the bachelorette party? What would you plan for yourself

I've already kinda voiced my ideas.....now its up to my sister. But this is what I told her. I would like a group of my friends to join us while we go on a wine tour in a fun escalade limo. I want to hit up a few different wineries and have fun. (This is for sat) Then the limo will drop us off at a hotel in the hamptons. We will go to dinner and go to a club or beach bar for the night. The next day we will wake up and spend the day on the beach. Then later that evening we will head home.

For the bachlorette party: My girls are planning a weekend getaway for the intimate BP group and then planning a local party night for all the ladies with limo and entertainment. I don’t know what the entertainment is going to be but I’m pretty much up for anything so long as it doesn’t involve a sack in my face!
If it we’re up to me I’d love to have my own version of the hangover minus the being stuck on a roof part! I loved the scene in Bride wars where Anne Hathaway got to go on stage – are there any places like that, that you ladies can recommend??

Me and FH met in college – I was a freshman and he was a junior/ president of a fraternity – needless to say I didn’t think it was going to last hah!! Especially since I had ended things with my ex 6 months prior to that and the semester was coming to a close… turns out we lived 5 minutes down the road from each other one town over, when he offered me a ride home over a holiday weekend.
My friend had been missing in action because he had been pledging the fraternity. I flagged him down on the way to the dining hall and pretty much TOLD him I would be eating dinner with him – he tried telling me that he was eating with his brothers and I said “I give fudge why”… I sat down and across from the table was my FH. We hung out that night cuz I invited both my friend and FH to my dorm to watch Aladdin (yep that’s right) hahaha . My friend arrived late and left early hahaha (what a good frat bro)!! After our semi-date, he asked when he would see me again; I told him he could take me out for my birthday that Friday. Our first date was seeing Passion of the Christ – omg his pant leg was soaking wet because I couldn’t even face the screen, I was sobbing so hard. I pretty much figured this kid was never talking to me again. Three weeks later he asked me to be his girlfriend and 5 years later he asked me to be his wife. In seven we’ll be married.

bacherlorette party we are going to get a limo and hang out in the city possibly even sleep there not sure yet.

I met my hubby at night school when I was 17. We have been inseperable ever since!!

For my Bachelorette party im thinking a night in the city would be great.. dinner drinks and just spend the night somewhere just my BP. It would be great!

Ideally id love a bachelor/ette party in vegas for a weekend since most of our friends havent been there and neither have we.. go as a large group and then just party it up there the guys having one party and the girls another.. i think that would be cool....

FH and i met about 13 years ago in HS.. We were friends but got serious about 8 years ago when i was home from college one semester... weve been going strong ever since

for my bacherlorette party: I want to do a duel party with me, my BPs some of their mates, my FH his GMs and some of their mates in CANCUN!! I love cancun and i want us all there for my and my Fh's bday weekend (which is in feb around Valentine's day weekend) Sounds perfect right!

Met my Fh a his aunts Christmas party at her beautiful house in NJ. I def. was not looking for a FH or future husband that night but I found him!

The perfect bachelorette party would be either a gambling/drinking night or a spa weekend. I'm not a clubber - would be quite content going to Yonkers or Foxwoods or something

I met FH in 7th grade We were best friends all through middle school and high school and started dating about 6 months after we graduated.
