QOTD Saturday 5/26

happy MDW!

hope you are all enjoying this beautiful weekend! sorry this is a little later than usual, but no work = sleep in, be lazy in the sun

since it is a holiday weekend... what is the best trip you & FH have ever been on? OR where in the world would you most like to go?

we went to israel in february and it was absolutely amazing!

Our best vaca together was probably Key West. We went snorkeling and drank on the beach all day!

FH and I went to Niagara Falls 2 years ago for his birthday. Since we went in October it wasnt crowded at all.. no lines or anything.. It was so relaxing and beautiful there! We loved every second of it. And it was super cheap cuz we found this awesome package online We would LOVE to go to Ireland one day since I have family in Kerry.. Hopefully we will be able to do that after the wedding but before fingers crossed!

Our first 'real' vacation was to Mexico. It was the first time I ever left the country and went somewhere exotic and it was the first time I ever took a fancy vacation with someone I was dating. It was great but I would have to say that our favorite vacation was when I graduated grad school. FH surprised me on the train into my graduation with an itinerary for July. He booked 2 days in Orlando at Universal Studios, then 4 days in Tampa with my cousins, uncle and grandmother and 3 days in Fort Lauderdale with his aunt and uncle. We love escaping together but also love getting people together and celebrating so this vacation was the perfect mix of both. This is what we are most looking forward to about our wedding!

Riviera Maya in Mexico last July after I took the bar exam was a great trip.. It was my law school graduation present from FH. we had a wonderful time.
We are actually leaving for Jamaica on Monday morning for a few days.. can't wait!

sounds silly but Disney World in FL. FH had never been, so I took him last July - he loved it!

He'd most like to go to Amsterdam, but I'd love to go to Greece.

Our best vacation is when we went to Nashville and stayed at the Gaylord OpryLand Hotel. You have to see this hotel. It is amazing!!! Pictures do not do this place justice! We went back in 2010 and that was the same weekend of the really bad floods and we ended up getting evacuated and sleeping in a hs. The hotel ended up being under 10 feet of water. We were so sadden to see the after pics of where we just were less than 8 hours before. They re did the whole hotel so we would love to go back there again.
