The RH. I love the Westbury Manor and all the gardens... I went to our WM appt by myself b/c FH had overtime. So I didn't have that OMG moment... more like this is really nice.
I looked at a few more RH and noticed I kept comparing them to the WM. FH & I went back to the WM and that's when I thought, omg this is it... As we were walking around I was like a kid.... telling to FH 'ohh look at this', 'aww look at the peacock', 'aw, the gardens are soo nice' LOL I describe the WM gardens as a mini central park which we LOVE. It was like I was trying to sell him the RH when he loved it just as much as I.
As far as everything else... DJ - I think we have our DJ picked, just have to book. Photography/Videography - starting the search next week and think it'll be stressful. Centerpieces - eh, i can't decide what I want yet and our tables are long ovals so idk. Dress - shopping for my dress next month Favors - found 3 ideas I like, now have to pick ONE. Limos - haven't even started.

my favorite thing so far would definitely be our RH...i'm super psyched about the other stuff, but until i go dress shopping, i don't think choosing limos, dj and photographer can really compare to picking our venue.

I love everything so far. I am soo happy with all my choices. My RH makes me happy. Majestic gardens is so pretty and I love the outside area where the ceremony will be.

I loveee my soon-to-be dress! my favors!!! (cookbooks!) RH I think I can go on and onnnnnn!
but i think favors might be close to #1 hehe

I think the RH is the best part b/c it sets the 'tone' of your wedding. Every hall we went to I found pros and cons
Any girls still 'shopping' for a RH - look until you find the 'one'. I originally had 8 on my list and we looked at 7 of the 8. I'm sure after RH 5 FH was probably eh, another hall? But YES, it'll be hall after hall until we find the one.
Dress shopping should be fun. We're going to have a 'girls weekend'. My FSIL is getting married next Oct SO my mom, aunt, FSIL and I are going to shop next month. Originally my FSIL and I have a deal, we'll each have 'dress shopping weekends' until we find the dress(s). This way we're not taking away from another. When my aunt comes to visit we're making an exception
I'm not the OMG, jump and a scream type of bride. I think dress shopping will be fun once I get into it and have the dresses on but right now it's a little intimidating/

I don't know that I can just pick one thing..everything we have chosen, I am in love with lol. But I guess if I had to choose one in particular it would have to be our RH hall. I dreamed of this place since I was 12 years old, I was in a fashion show there. I never thought we could afford it, so I would push it out of my head. I'd go to the neighboring restaurant and just stare and it and dream, but never thought it would be possible. I still can't believe it! I am so happy and thankful that they worked with us, and even though we changed the day of the week to a Thursday, I'm having my June wedding at the place I always dreamed of.

Def booking the venue was the MOST exciting. When you walk around the place and can picture yourself being a bride there...it's just the best feeling ever.
I think a close second was booking our photographer. I'm in LOVE with his work, and it makes me SO excited to get in front of his camera!!!

I love so many things... The whole wedding planning has really shown me how lucky I am to have such great paretns and thats really my favorate thing about the planning process so far..
But material thing.. I would have to say I am by far most excited about my venue. I just can't wait to get there the morning of my wedding, be with the most important ladies in my life and get ready to become a wife!!!
A VERY close second would have to be my soon-to- be dress... I LOVE it and i cannot wait til i'm in it for a while day! It was such a special moment finding it with my mom :)

i love our hall but so far i'm most excited about our photographer. i'm a concert photographer so i was kinda freaking about pictures. I HATE being in pictures and would rather just take them, so i had to find someone I was comfortable with and we def made the right choice
