Happy Thursday! Where is the best wedding you’ve ever been to?

I would have to say my aunt’s wedding at the Riviera in Massapequa. I was only about ten at the time but I remember having such a blast and none of the weddings I’ve been to since have stuck with me like that one.

Hmmm! Idk...probably my FBIL's wedding because it was the first wedding I went to where I was more of an 'adult' lol and could really appreciate all of the little details, seeing so many friends and fam, etc.

I haven't been to many weddings.... and then we had 5 last year! lol

My sister's wedding in the bahamas was awesome bc it was a vacation too! Getting married on the beach was so different & so beautiful. The wedding lasted about 5 days long so that was cool too!!!

We also went to a wedding last year at Villa Lombardi's that was great.... great food & great company! We had a blast!

My cousin's weddnig at the Middle Ridge Inn was a blast.. Great cocktail hour and I didn't sit down the entire night - dancing all night long and I didn't want to leave.

It's funny that when I think about the weddings I've had a blast at it's not always about the venue...it's about whether I had a blast dancing and how happy I was for the couple getting married :)

I'd have to narrow it down to 2:

My friend's wedding at The Hamlet in Commack, we danced the whole night, the place was decorated beautifully for Christmas and they did a buffet which was like a cocktail hour on steroids and we were able to eat whenever we want which was awesome for partying.
My cousin's wedding at The Ritz in Westchester, totally over the top and lots of fun, but I don't remember the food being that memorable.

I haven't been to many weddings but the one wedding that I went to that was lots of fun was one in queens at the Astoria Manor. I don't remember much about the food but I do remember that the music and party was awesome!!!!!

This is a tough, but good question!

I have been to A LOT of weddings, I have a HUGE family... I think I started to enjoy them more as I got older....

I love all the weddings I have been to, but I must say when my FH's best friend got married at Woodbury Country Club. They are the cutest couple ever - so in love and she is the sweetest thing! I don't really remember the food, but the energy was awesome and we were on the dance floor all night! FH was the best man and gave the best speech I ever heard!

My close second was a Greek weding I attended at Villa Lombardi's, amazing food! A lot of Greek traditions, the ceremony was beautiful!

My friend's wedding at Crystal Springs resort was really nice but the best wedding we went to was last year at East Wind. Everything was beautiful

Overall the best experience I had at a wedding was at Floral Terrace.

I loved the room, the big dance floor, the ceiling, and the food was to die for. Not to mention they came around with seconds!! The Viennese Dessert spread was also very good and they had cotton candy and popcorn since its a renovated movie theatre.

There were certain aspects I didn't like about the venue that didn't fit into my ideal for my wedding so I didn't even check it out, but it was a great wedding.

my sister's last year at JT. It was amazing, the food was wonderful and everyone had a great time. It was also the first wedding I went to as an adult and could actually appreciate the event, seeing everyone, and the alcohol

It is a tossup between my cousin's wedding which was in Albany and my FBIL and FSIL which was in Philly!

I haven't been to many weddings. I was a FG in one wedding when I was 6 and my last wedding was my cousins wedding when I was in middle school. I really don't have a favorite because I don't remember any of them.

Oooh I forgot one! Rockleigh Country Club in NJ. I really wanted to have our wedding there but FH's friend had his there 2yrs ago and unfortunately the marriage didn't make it to the year and a half mark. I felt a little weird having it there especially since FH's friend will be at our wedding and I didn't want our wedding to make him remember his.

Sadly I have never been to a wedding! So I guess mine will become my favorite
