Happy first day of winter my beautiful brides-to-be!!!! On this festive (and colddddd) day, I thought I'd ask a fun winter-esque question to try to warm up your toes...
I know a few of your girls lovvvve winter (ahem, DCGirl), but for those that aren't vocal about it, there's got to be SOMETHING you love about this time of year! Sooo... my QOTD is:
What's your favorite indoor or outdoor winter activity?
My favorite thing to do is go skiing with my hunnie - and I reaaallly love cuddling up on the couch and drinking hot chocolate and/or wine!!!

my fav thing about winter is snow storms that allow me to stay home from work cause its too far and dangerous to drive 50mi to my office!!! Hangin out with FH in jammies with yummy food to eat! Fat kid here!

I'm veryyyyyy new to snowboarding, but FH and I went last year and had a BLAST together. He's seriously the most patient teacher EVER, so it was perfect. We can't wait to go again this year!
Besides that, sitting by the fire, cuddling and drinking hot chocolate!

Aww so cute...I actually have never been skiing before (don't hate me!) because I have TERRIBLE knees... So my favorite thing to do is cuddle up with a huge blanket, Tea or wine (depending on the time!) and watching a movie... especially now when the tree is up and twinkling in the corner of my eye

My favorite indoor activity is cuddling up with FH at night. We usually leave the window with the fan because our building has tooooo much heat.. It's stuffy.
My favorite outdoor activity is sledding or skiing... anything to be playing around in the snow!! FH and I went with a few friends to the Poconos a few years back and it was 24 degrees below 0 with the wind chill.. It was heaven!! Even our nosehairs were frozen!! LOL

i wouldn't say it's my fave but i guess the good thing about winter is staying in bed during the weekend under my warm blanket!! otherwise, i cannot stand this season!

Hmmm ok so I can make this easy and say I LOVE WINTER cause I do love everything about it LoL! But here we go.. I will elaborate on my winter obsession....
I am a January baby so I was born into winter and have always loved it.. I would rather roll in snow than lay on a beach
My love for Winter: Snowboarding, SNOW, Snowmobiling, SNOW, cuddling by the fire, Hot Chocolate, baking, icicles, freezing weather, cozy clothes, snowball fights, Christmas, My Birthday, Snow , snow and more snow! <3

I LOVE skiing! FH and I try to go alot, but since he had 2 knee surgeries and 2 broken ankles within the past 3 years, we haven't gone as much.
I also love playing powderpuff in the snow! My college (upstate with SO much lake effect snow) always had a snow festival in Feb with snow sculpting, powderpuff for the sororities, a chili cookoff, wine and chocolate tasting and so much more. I heart winter!

FH and I both work in education so I absolutely LOVE snow days! On snow days we love to watch movies in pajamas ALL DAY and make some meal for dinner that takes like 12 hours in the slow cooker...like pulled pork or stew.

my mom and i get together on our snow days (one of us has to venture out in the snow, but thankfully we both have trucks) and drink baileys in front of the fireplace. i usually bring lola with me and we just hang out and relax - so cozy! unfortunately, correction officers don't get snow days, so i usually can't enjoy them with FH but at least a have mama dukes!

im actually a lot like you too!!!! i wasnt born in the winter actually in the summer but i love the winter so much more than the summer i would also rather be in the snow than laying on a beach!! ive never been snowboarding but i love skiing... and SNOW hahha and of course all the other stuff you wrote and hey why not your birthday too

I also like ice skating although we don't do too much of that. I honestly love decorating my house for xmas and cuddling on the couch with blankets.

i love winter especially when it snows because I get to make obnoxious snowmen in my front yard and have my neighbors laugh at me!
Me and FH HATE Winter. We are total beach kids and actually get depressed in the winter.
So our favorite thing to do in the thing is hibernate until Spring!

I prefer the winter over the summer. I love the clothes and I love having a fire in the fireplace. So cozy.

I love cooking and baking in the winter!! And I love everything and anything to do with Christmas - decorating, shopping, wrapping, christmas movies, christmas songs, going to see the tree!!!!
