Loved reading everyones responses from yesterday! Today questions are about where you like to go with FH. So....
What is/are your favorite sights, restaurants, or vacation areas to visit with FH? Why do you like to go there and if you have one what is your favorite memory from that place?

SO FAR, my favorite places to visit with FH are Disney, Boston, and the city.
I took FH to Disney last summer for his first trip, so it will always be special. My favorite memory from Disney is probably the first time FH got to see the castle. He was so excited because he had only ever seen it on TV - his reaction was priceless.
Boston is special because it was my first time there. We went last January so it was FREEZING, but I want to go back when it's warmer. We had gone to see a friend's band play and when we finally left the bar at like 2 a.m. we stopped to get burgers. I wish I could remember the place because I got a deep fried burger - which was exactly what I wanted at 2 a.m. after drinking!
As for the city, well it's just fun. We were there on Saturday for the parade (which was a first for me), but we've done so many things there. My favorite is just walking around and making plans as we go - that's how we ended up at the Museum of Sex and the Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum!

We have only really been 'away' to boston... and for a work trip... but we had a blast! it was cold when we went, too.
However, we have had great 'staycations'- to Hotel Indigo and the wineries one weekend and a few trips to Smith Point beach.
Our favorite memories of smiths point beach would have to be when we got engaged AND taking our e-pix the other day!
This is off the top of my head, FW would have much better answers. she's more romantic. lol

We love to go to Vermont. His family has a house up there and we love to get away and get some fresh mountain air (we're going next week yay!). The way of life is just so different than in NY. It's great to go and just relax. Other than that, in the past 8 years we have rarely gone away on vacation. We live in Long Beach and spend a lot of time walking the shore. I can't really pick out one moment to call my favorite though.

FH's best friend goes away to Hither Hills State Park in Montauk every year and always invites us to come. I first went there with FH 2 weeks after he first asked me out! We've gone every year since and this year is the first time we got our own campsite. It's so nice falling asleep to the sound of the waves!!

My favorite thing to do with FH is to go into the city. Our first date was the bodies exhibit (i know gross to most people) and the Museum of Natural History and since then hes taken me to quite a few cool museums and places in NYC. He even proposed there after we went to look at architecture of churches...he was smart and I didnt even realize he was going to propose after looking at tons of churches! LOL It's just special for us. He took me to Central Park for the first time and just a lot of our most emotional and sentimental times have been in NYC. I love it!

We've gone to Las Vegas & Florida (twice) together.
Las Vegas--we got engaged there... so I mean, I, of course had an awesome trip with him! haha. But we also went to the Grand Canyon while we were there & it was so cool!
Florida-Obviously we love Disney World! So we have the best time ever while there as well!
Oh yeah! We went to Philadelphia as well! We had a great time there as well with sight seeing, etc!

We have been on so many vacations, but my absolute favorite was our cross country drive to California. It was the trip of a lifetime!! Our favorite restaurant would have to be Besito or Al Marco - super yum!

We love to go to Lake George. His brother has a house and its such a fun to get away and be on the lake.
We also have been to San Fran twice and there is a restaurant called Joes Crabshack at the Wharf(I think its a chain) and we get lunch there and sit at the window and watch the 'homeless' man who hides behind a huge branch jump out a scare people walking by. It is the funniest thing ever.
**I say 'homeless' bc we spoke to the waiter there and he told us he is really not homeless. he just dresses like it go make money. He makes over $40000 grand a year pan handling.
We also love to go out to the wineries.

FH and I love to go to Croxley Ale house because we love to eat wings. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday they have 10 cents wings. I can never eat all of my wings. But always attempt to try
We also go on vacation together. As long as we're together I enjoy all of our vacations.

FH and i always celebrate by going to Vinatge Steakhouse in st.james. We've celebrated him passing the bar, our apartment, engagement and other milestones. Our 5 year is coming up i'm sure we will be goung there to celebrate!

We love to go to Atlantic City and upstate to his family's cabin. We always make sure to go to Hunter Mountain's Germanfest and Oktoberfest. My favorite memory upstate was when we hiked up Hunter Mountain together. It was a lot of fun and exciting to accomplish getting to the top. As for restaurants, we love to go to German and Italian ones. We enjoy going to steakhouses occasionally.

One of my favorite places with FH is Philadelphia. He was going to school there when we started dating, and I fell in love with him & the city at the same time! I moved there for two years, and it always reminds me of the amazing times we had when we first started dating. We also just went to Israel together which was too amazing for words!

Orlando's in St. James is where we go every Valentine Day, where we got engaged and where we are having the rehearsal dinner so it has a lot of meaning to us. FH family has been spending 2 weeks in Disney every summer since FH has 3. I went with his family for the first time in 2009. So that has a lot of meaning to us. We even had a fake engagement and a fake ring in Disney. We went back last summer with his family too. Our first vacation alone was to Hershey Park so that place has a lot of meaning also.

My most memorable vacation was St. Thomas. It was a surprise vacation. He didn't tell me where we were going just that I needed to pack for somewhere warm. We loved going to St. John's and relaxing on the beach everyday.
Our favorite restaurant has to be Barrique in Babylon. We go there every week with our friends. We just started going to Monsoon. It has the best asian cuisines.

I would have to say FH is great when it come to my birthday b/c he teaches me to get little places like B&B and they are so great!@ One birthday we when to a spa for a whole day and OMG it was the best thing ever!@ I even had so many spa treatment a once LOL...but the place FH took me was a B&B and they couple that own it were so sweet and omg the food was great!@ It was great to get away and just to relax!!!!
