Tuesdays are my least favorite day of the week. Blah. My question is going to reflect that…
Is there anyone you are being forced to invite to your wedding or feel obligated to? If so, do you think you are going to stand up for yourself and not invite them?
My mom is making me invite a bunch of relatives from her side of the family that I haven’t seen in about 20 years. They are a rough bunch and since I don't even know any of them I never even thought about inviting them but unfortunately I think I am going to wind up giving in for my mom. It just kills me to spend so much money on the 12 of them and bump 12 people I would rather invite.

yes my FMIL has cousins in FL that I need to invite even though FH has not seen them and I have never met them and FH's friend/ ex from high school because her and I never have gotten along and FH and her are still friends

Nope. We're not inviting anyone that we don't think should be there. Our parents are very good at letting us decide what we want to do for our special day.
