QOTD: When you were little what did you want to be when you grew up?

Ok I finally remembered to bring in my book called 'The Book of Fabulous Questions' so I will try to post one every week day. The first chapter is called innocence. The lighter questions are at the beginning...lol.
So today's questions is...when you were little what did you want to be?
My answer - I wanted to be a lawyer or a chef.

An archaelogist (my best friend's dad was one and we would go around digging holes everywhere looking for Taino bones...), a veterinarian and rich. The latter is my favorite because I didn't have a particular profession in mind, I just wanted to be rich, have maids and own real tigers and lions (nutjob I was!).
EFS & TA: Wow, after reading the responses above I see I wasn't the only one with aspirations of Rich...I blame 'Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous' and that darn Robin Leach!

Veterinarian Artist Ballerina (even though I never took dance lessons) Ice skater
As I got a little older (like junior high):

When anyone asked me what I wanted to be when I grew I always responded 'A mommy'! I really thought it was an occupation that you'd get paid for

At ten: Either a brain surgeon(so I would be rich) or a stewardess(so I could travel) At: Fifteen- twenty: Journalist- I wanted to be an anchor on a news show At twenty-three: Counselor- I wanted to help people in trouble, not just hear their stories

When I was tested for the 'gifted' pre-k program, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I told the guy I wanted to be a kangaroo so I could hold my toys in my pouch. And they accepted me anyway, go figure!
