I met Ivana Trump when we were both on jury duty and she gave me a pair of earrings from her costume jewelry line....
I also met the channel 2 weather guy at my vet - I can't remember his name! he used to be on channel 5....

Yes it's Dave Price! Thank you - that was bothering...I used to have a big crush on him - esp. when I was single for a couple of months and used to watch him and he was talking about how he used to be in Human Resources as I am and was telling everyone to be nice to your HR people! so dorky!) I was gonna tell him about my crush as he was standing across from me but my FI was in the next room so I thought it would be corny! He's really short BTW!

I met Bill Cosby a few times, he used to be a client at my old firm ... extremely nice man

When I was a kid I met (at different times) Bucky Dent, Rick Cerone, Dave Righetti from past Yankee teams at autograph signings... Oooh I had the biggest crushes on all of them...I was in little girl heaven

Sorta met Britney Spears.. when she was first starting out a few years ago, we spotted her at a restaurant in the Village.. my friends and I didn't even know it was HER to be honest, but she was trying SO HARD to 'pretend' she didn't want to 'get noticed,' when you just knew she was dying to get attention. I could care less but my friends waved and she came over to chat (whatever!!) It was NOT a highlight in my life

Also: Dave Matthews Band, Mankind w/ Socko and Jaquese (sp) from Real World San Diego was in the city two weeks ago when my FI and I went in to see a play! We shook hands and had 2 second of small talk!!

Really? Cool! I was there the summer of '98. I interned in the radio news dept and actually made good $. I also dated someone in shipping/receiving!

I think my dad took me to an authorgaphsignign for soem football palyer inteh 80's but I have NO idea who it was. I think he just wanted to go himself.

Other than that I've just seen celebrities, not met them: I've seen Ethan Hawke a few times (and so have my friends, it has become a running joke)

And Woody Harrelson was at an REM concert I was at , but it was almost as far away as Micahel Stipe.

And 'Peppa' was at Adventerland when I was in HS. I don't know if she was a there for an appearanece, but just saw her walking around by the snack bar.

Awhile back...when I was like 8 or so...I met Michael Landon at Kennedy Airport (the nicest man ever)

Ralph Macchio (when he was famous from Karate Kid)

Carol Alt and her Husband Alexei Yashin and a lot of other Islanders hockey team members..

My boss owns the Islanders, so they use to come to my job all the time....

HA! Me too! I saw him in the Village about 10 years ago! He was walking down the street with another good looking guy!

I've also met a whole bunch of Islanders, about 10 years or more ago. Stephie Graff signed an envelope for me at a Mets game when I was little. DH held the door for Ashley Simpson's band when they were at Roosevelt Field the other day. Um....nobody else I can think of! Boring!

Harrison Ford - I used to schedule his private jet when I worked in Teterboro. He came into the office one day. I didn't get to talk to him though so I didn't technically 'meet' him.

I've met Lenny Dykstra, George Foreman, Rick Aguilera, and Lee Mazilli (jerk!). That was years ago obviously...

I waited on Joe Theisman when I was waitressing.
