I would rather work at a place I 'love' and get paid less, that's pretty much what I'm doing now. I love my job (as much as one can love a job) but, I could make much more elsewhere (I'm sure it will involve longer hours though). I've worked for the same place for over 7 years now and they've treated me really well, promotions, grad school, experience, etc. I guess since I came from a place I started making decent money at and hated, I appreciate it more.

depends on just how unhappy i was at this job- i am not sure i can be completely happy at any job- wow i sound like a downer- but money would justify me going to work each day...i guess i am kind of in the middle
