Queens Bridal Center

Has anyone used them before? It just seems like such a good deal, what is the catch? Any reviews or feedback on them?

Friends of ours used them for their pictures, flowers and limos... They actually send you to Flowers by Burton for the flowers... and it only includes the bouquets and bouts., you still have to pick up the charge for the centerpieces... We are using Flowers by Burton (but on our own) and I am not sure if ended up paying the same amount in the end... if would be worth checking them out seperately I think before including it in the package.

The limos were fine!

Pictures... my FI and I didn't think they were that great. LOTS of posed pictures... only about 250 proofs. But we are also more into the photojournalistic style. They also had an older man for their photographer and he tended to get a little nasty. My FSIL is using them but is getting a photojournalist along with a regular photographer. I have no idea who she is using though.

Thanks for the info! Our hall provides us with the centerpieces so that is good. We got a videographer for $1,550 (discounted through friend) and still need a photographer, limos, and flowers for the BMs and GM. I want good pics, but am trying so hard to budget. I was thinking of fake flowers for the girls, has anyone done that?

i dont know anyone who has used them, but i'm using them and i loved there pictures. i looked at a few places and they had the best and i am getting over 300 proofs. their video was also great.

I booked with the Queens Bridal Center in Mineola. I was not impressed with the photos at all until I saw Fernando's pics. He is amazing. The price was right too..

QBC was recommended to me by a fried whose pics came out great. They are doing my photo, video and limo.

I dealt with Michelle and Glenn in Lindenhurst.

We used QB. I love my pictures.

They have great packages for the dollar. If you want a great package get one photographer doing traditional and get another doing photojournalistic. That way you will have more pictures than you expected with two different styles of photography. Sometimes saving money on photography is not worth it because your photos and video are your only true memories of your memory that you can view constantly.

jolanta did you find a different photojournalistic photographer or use the one at QB?

by the way, your dh looks familiar...did he live in nhp or go to stony brook?

My husband went to Stony Brook, yes.

You might also know him from QB, he is a photographer there.

We used William from QB, for our photojournalistic pics.

We used them for photo, limo, video, invites and even booked our honeymoon through the travel agent upstairs at the Mineola location. We had Fernando and our proofs came out great, all 305 of them!! The travel agent gave us a fantastic deal for Hawaii and we had absolutely no complaints about our travel arrangements. Haven't recieved the video yet but I will let you know.
