So.. I posted on here about 6 months ago about my on going QBC SAGA!
Well amazingly since my post things got better until today....
Finally after 2 years and 3 months... my final album was ready....
low and behold i made my final approval appoint exactly one week ago, I show up today and they are out of business!!!!
$7,000 down the tubes with nothing to show. There was a # on the door of some guy Bob tht bought their stuff...
I'm sorry I've got nothing left. I am heart broken, and devestated. I should have seen this coming. Calling the layer tomrrow and news12. please let me know if you ar going through tihs too.
Apprently I was the 5th bride today crying on the door step!
Yeah it is true and we are all out there. I feel horrible for you!!! i am a customer of theres who has been paying them on a payment plan. i have not had my wedding yet so i can not even imagine what you are going through!!!! there are a$$holes and i can not believe that they took our $$ and ran!!!!!!

Here's my update... I got my stuff from Bob! Whoo Hoo!! He charged me $50, but... I still have to get everything bound, another $1,000 at least. At this point I just dont care I am so happy I have my pictures! I dont even know what to say.
THere were 3 other QBC costumers there, trying to get there stuff. I feel so sad for them, they were not having any luck. I did give them Erin's phone # from 7 on your side, if you know anyone going through this please tell them to contact her, I think she might be able to help!
Bob took me to the QBC room, and i started to cry, there were boxes upon boxes of people memories just piled there. And you have to imgaine that most of them dont even know it yet. I wouldnt have if I didnt have an appointment. I mean through the process I went a month and a half without talking to them, didnt thinking anything of it. Spread the word.

Ok an update...I finally went down to Jil Crest for my things after 2 years and 3 months of waiting. The guy Bob was very very nice and understanding of the situation. He is actually getting albums done right after the wedding, and making the thank you's as they wait, it's amazing. A bride was there last night from her wedding in Sept. of 2007, and she will have her albums next week. So i feel a lot better about the situation. The only thing is we have to pay again to get the albums bound and we will pay wholesale, but that is just the price it's going to cost Jil Crest to get it done, not their fault! SO finally i will have my albums done within the next 2 weeks, who knows how much more money i'll have to pay, after paying oh about $7000 for everything. I guess they made an effort to make sure all of the brides got their photo's and videos, they didn't just throw em in the dumpster, and walk away, like some other stories i've heard. If it's just more money, at least we all still have our memories.

I'm glad everything is working out for you, but just a warning I'd be careful of Jil-Crest. I really don't trust them. I suspect that i've been lied to & that Bob isn't as nice as he seems. If anyone would like to know why feel free to FM me.
