Re: Queens Brides
What area? My shower was at Giordano's in Douglaston and it was great. There are a bunch of places in Bayside as well as Forest Hills and Astoria.

Cascarino's in College Point has a private room for parties. Not sure what they charge, but the food is excellent.

The church is in Forest Hills. We also had parties at the Family restaurant but I really didn't want to do Italian again.

Re: Queens Brides
I went to Austin's Steak & Ale house (I think that's what it's called) It is located in Forest Hills. The steak was delicious!!!!!!!!!!!! They closed off an entire private area. The service was great too. I think it's not that expensive either. Good look.

Re: Queens Brides
These are ones that I think have enough room or a separate room.
On Metropolitan Avenue: Dees Sarabellas Tutto Benes Il Vigna's Alberto's Chalet Alpina
On/Near Queens Blvd: Family Restuarant Portofino's Mardi Gras (on austin)
On Woodhaven Blvd: Abbracimento's The Woodhaven House (formerly Bridies)

Re: Queens Brides
The St. James on Metropolitan has a really nice room in the back. I really wanted to have our rehersal dinner there but was veto'd by MIL for Brooklyn.
