The lawyer representing my FMIL in a real estate matter was just disbarred!!![]()

She has been very unhappy with him - he doesn't return calls, keeps $ she was awarded and says he'll 'put it toward his fees', he did a lof unnecessary work, etc.
She is wondering if she has any recourse? Obviously she isn't using him any more.
