What is the difference between a real estate agent and a real estate broker?

not much really in terms of getting you or selling your house.. but there are alot more requirements and education involved in becoming a broker..

more or less.. although in alot of cases, if not most, a broker has more experience.. BUT this is NOT always true.. for some agents, it's the whole liability issue that prevents them from taking the step to becoming either an associate broker or broker, NOT experience.
