question

i've allready been married this ? is for my cousin, she's trying to look for a chapel or church that allows nonmembers and allows outside priests to be married there. The church has to be no more than 1/2 hour away from the meadow club in port jefferson. If anyone can help i would really appericate it. Thankyou
